Think like a Pancrease

Mr.Scheiner I am a father of a Type1 daughter. My daughter is a physian and I am a diabetes educator for Juvenile Diabetes Foundation Maharashtra Chapter in India. I found your book very useful. I fact I am recommending most of the parents to buy this book.Thank you very much.

Good Reference manual for Insulin Users

The author is a Type 1 Diabetic for over 15 years. Great Reference manual for all Insulin Users, including Type 2 Diabetics.Very readable and often humorous, so even general audience can understand.He details older technologies as well as newer ones like Insulin pumps and Continuous Glucose monitors.However as the most recent edition of the book is 2013. Thus, the behaviour of newer insulins like Degludec (2015) are not covered.Nonetheless, a book worth having for all Type 1 Diabetics.
