eufy Replacement Roller Brush

When Eufy’s website said they didn’t have any roller brushes in stock, I made the mistake of buying an off brand brush that seemingly had pretty good reviews. Although that one “fit”, it was too fluffy and wasn’t quite right and didn’t actually collect debri and just pushed it around. I finally figured out I could order the brushes on Eufy’s Amazon page, and I’m pleased to say my vacuum functions as intended again. Thank you !

Our old eufy 11S rolling brush was starting to clatter and make a lot of noise as the vacuum was going, and the cleaning power had diminished. This replacement brought it back to almost original cleaning quality and noise level.

I have a G30 Edge and this replacement roller fits perfectly and functions perfectly. -I had tried knock-off brands and even though they looked exactly the same and fit well, they didn’t fix the problem which was the NOISE. The worn out rolling brush was apparently the culprit. The robovac was making this horribly loud clacking noise when it was in use so I started replacing every part but didn’t achieve quiet until I got the Eufy-branded replacement rolling brush. Wish it weren’t so expensive but my sanity is worth paying this much for peace and quiet.

So like others I tried to buy the knockoff brushes, since you could get three for the price of one Eufy brand brush. There is really no comparison. I'd get a pack of 3 and would have one that didn't fit, one that rattled, one that would get stuck. If I was lucky maybe one of the three would work. So I just ordered the Eufy brand brush and it just worked. No problems, just a happy little robovac. I have 3 Eufy robovacs and two of them were running on 2 year old brushes. I noticed that the carpet upstairs (those Eufys got the new brushes) had a bit more that "new" look on them. I'm guessing the brushes agitation was better since the bristles were brand new. Overall, very happy. Stick with Eufy brand. Might be a bit more pricy, but less headaches in the long run.

Eufy has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!! Our unit was making noise. I sent them a video (even though we were out of warranty period). They troubleshooted with us via email and found the problem. They sent the link to order the replacement part. Works perfectly

My vacuum was making a horrible noise - Googled, and found it was recommended to use the manufacturer's brush roller, rather than second party replacement parts. This was a little more expensive than buying the generic replacement brush roller, but definitely worth spending the extra $. Vacuum is back to being nice and quiet, and all it took was swapping out the generic roller.

Debated which roller to order for my g30. Went with the genuine and couldn’t be more satisfied.

It's true, I tried a couple of cheap replacement brushes and they were garbage, noisy and didn't work well at all. Don't waste your money like I did, just buy it from here and be done!

Fits perfectly

don’t buy it, the vacuum stopped working completely exactly the time of warranty ended. The Anker customer care also stopped replying once they knew the issue, and literally they stopped replying on all their channels (email, WhatsApp, phone).

Brosse de rechange originale pour l'aspirateur eufy RoboVac 11S+. Jamais eu de problème avec la qualité des pieces de rechange. Je dois changer la brosse rouleau tous les 2 mois soit environ 70 utilisations. Après juste quelques semaines d'utilisation 1 fois par jour, la brosse émets des vibrations très bruyantes. Ce phénomène empire de telle sorte qu'après 2 mois d'utilisation l'aspirateur risquerait d'être détruit par colère et désespoir tellement c'est insupportable! Une brosse rouleau neuve et hop! elle se remet au boulot dans un silence ravissant. Avoir sû que cet aspirateur coûterait aussi cher en pièces annuellement j'aurais peut-être opté pour une autre marque/modèle.
