Okay...I'm a sewist and do not really use this as it's intended use, but it's a sewing machine and it's cute on the shelf! LOL But if you need to use twine or string for anything. the scissors do work quite well.

This is so cute and very functional plus a pretty of sweet little SHARP scissors! A great buy ..I love it!

Looks like an antique

I love the look of this. My only thing is when they painted the scissor they got paint on the inside of the blinds. This causes them to not open and close smoothly when trying to cut. I plan on getting some fine sandpaper and carefully sand it off and hope that fixes it.

I love the vintage look as well as always having my twine available with scissors on the spot too. Lovely vintage style and fits perfectly in my home decor. Love it!
