My wife couldn't comfortably wear watch because band is small. It's OK for a youth, but check dimension specs and measure wrist before ordering. This is a nice watch but it's for "dainty" wrists.

The watch is very light weight and not bulky. It is not adjustable but links can be taken from the band. I would not wear the watch in the pool or the ocean

No. Links can only be removed to shorten it. I have a small wrist and had to have several removed.
