Having worked with silicone professionally, you can tell that they have made improvements to this product very recently. I've seen some of the other reviews and how there cases were getting damaged or flimsy around the volume and power buttons. The reason for this is probably because of no underlying structure to those sections. As of my unit purchase, there is clearly a solid skeleton in those areas now which will improve that problem. However, down by the charging port, that area over time will get flimsier and break because there doesn't appear to be an underlying structure supporting it. It's just silicone down there as far as I can tell. The silicone is of the softer variety which is nice and easy to hold but that usually does make for a silicon that is prone to discoloration, ease of breakdown because of hand oils, drop damage as well as making it a lint and dust magnet. It also makes it difficult to take in and out of your pocket. There are ways to make silicone more slick to the touch which is my recommendation for this case though a balance will need to me kept in mind as it could make it more difficult to grip but it would fix the pocket and hand oil damage problem. Over all, I believe a healthy expectation of this case should be kept in mind. Having only paid $12 for this case I don't expect it to last a life time. 6-8 months at most is what I'm estimating. In my opinion though, that is a reasonable amount of time for such a cheap silicone case. 3 month update: It has now been three months since I’ve purchased this case. In my initial review I had some concerns regarding the discoloration and silicon deterioration over time and I’m happy to report that only one of those is a slight problem, but the other is holding up very well. The case has started to fade in color, however, it has not really taken on a new tint of color which is a plus. Though I believe that if I were wearing more blue jeans, this would be more of a problem. The structure of the case however has been holding up very well. The part at the bottom where it thought it was going to be flimsy due to usage, has not shown signs of getting loose or breaking down in material. The case still feels just as smooth and gripable since the first day I got it. As of right now, I don’t feel that the case needs replacing which is a plus for a $12 case. We will see what it’s like in another 3 months. Still 5 stars. 7 month final review: This is my final review of this case as I will be switching to the new iPhone 12 pro soon. The last photo in my set of pictures is what the case looks like after 7 months of usage. I’ve dropped my phone once and have placed my phone on oily surfaces when cooking and the structural integrity of the case is still fantastic. The spots that I thought would get flimsy over time have held up very well and the feel of the case is still just as gripable as day one. The only down side to the pink case specifically is that it’s now become the most faint pink I have ever seen and is almost white for that matter, but the case is showing no signs of colorization nor does it appear dirty. Again this could be because I don’t wear blue jeans that often but this case has held up extremely well for a $12 case. So very impressed and will consider this brand again with my new phone. 5 stars remains!!!

I never write Amazon reviews but wanted to write one because these phone cases are great quality. I’ve had 3 or 4 from this company and they always hold up really well. I love the silicone feel for a case, because they have some grip to them. And the colors are great! I just purchased the pink one and it looks awesome. And they sent a couple stickers with my order which I thought was so sweet and kind. Great phone case at a great price!

The case seems to be good quality. I’ve had it for about a week now and so far happy with the purchase. It’s easy to get on and off and fits well. I purchased the yellow and it’s exactly the color I was wanting, a vibrant color. The silicone is soft and matte. It can be a little slippery in the hand at times (and Pop Sockets don’t stick to it- but they don’t stick to silicon in general), but that’s to be expected with a matte silicon. Stays well in my back pocket. May update after having it some time to see how it hold up to dropping. I have butter fingers, so I expect I will drop my phone at least a couple of times with the case on!

This phone case has inner protection and fitted perfect 🤩 it is soo pretty and really compliments the rose gold phone 📞 Worth it!

My third one. Great, grippy, protective sleeve. Easy to grab and hold onto. Easy to press buttons. yet slim. Slides when you want it to; but grips well onto the arm of the couch, lap, and other non level surfaces. I am active and tend to occasionally drop the phone while 'juggling' several items and moving quickly. this sleeve will take the shock of some good 'hits'. I replace every couple of years after the corners are so banged up they don't protect anymore. Phone is still in great shape.... just got run over two weeks ago after falling from the car hood and bouncing along the road. NOW I needed a new case again .... and I had to order and put a new screen in the phone. BUT!!! the body of the phone still has not a scratch on it !!!

First let me say that I bought this case simply because of the yellow color. It caught my eye because I don't recall ever seeing a yellow phone case. And it is a lovely shade of lemony yellow! I love it and yellow isn't even my favorite color. The case it's self is a nice case and I feel like it will be as protective enough for the daily bumps and falls that a normal person puts their phone through. It has a bit of a silicone-ish feel to it. My one complaint is that while it does feel like silicone it does not grip to surfaces at all. I can place it on the arm of my chair and I can be sure that it will definitely slide off. I'd buy another case like this when I need a new one so it's not enough to turn me off of the product. There is a nice soft lining on the inside that reminds me of chamois cloth.

Overall, this is a nice case. But it has a matte texture that attracts lint like crazy. I usually keep my phone in my back pocket, but I'm embarrassed by the amount of denim fibers the phone case picks up. If you store your phone in a purse, this case would probably work great for you. It's just not great for storing in your pocket. The texture also creates a lot of friction when putting your phone in or taking it out of your pocket, so something that should be easy to do one, fluid gesture is suddenly a lot more difficult. The case causes the phone to not want to go into your pocket and causes it to really not one to come back out.
