Is the erythritol from corn or sugarcane?

Erythritol is produced beginning with enzymatic hydrolysis of the starch from corn.

Front Label Starts with Stevia, but there is no listing of any content?

I bought a package about a month ago (May 2016), Best by Mar 2018, Lot number unreadable. Not shown in the photos is the fact that Erythritol is the first (highest) ingredient followed by Stevia Extract, ending with Natural Flavors. The product looks like sugar, but doesn't seem as sweet to me as the Stevita stevia/erythritol powder that I bought prior to this.

The nutrition info says there are 4.2g of carbs, but 0 calories. How is this possible when a gram of carbohydrates is 5 calories?

I received a package about a month ago, Best by Mar 2018, Lot number unreadable, and the serving size is 3/4 tsp rather than 1 tsp, so total carbs have decreased to 3g.  Not shown in the photos is the fact that Erythritol is the first (highest) ingredient followed by Stevia extract. Does this caramelizes like cane sugar for coating custard pans? thanks.

I strongly doubt it.  Caramelization is the oxidation of SUCROSE, not Stevia.
