This is a great direct replacement for your battery charger. It has no issues fitting up with HP. I lost mine got this before my battery died and it worked great.

Awesome Product
Item came quickly and was packaged very well. The power adaptor looks to be well made with a nice long cord. I had issues with my Raspberry Pi 3 model B V1.2 with 5" lcd screed having a low power warning. This power supply solved that problem. It looks and works great. I would recommend this power adaptor.

Revived my old tablet!
Excellent charger for older devices. I have a windows tablet that I use to have to charge for an hour before it would start, now the battery charges and stays up.

Still getting undervoltage alerts
I've got a 5 inch display connected to my Raspberry Pi 3B via the display ribbon connector and it seems that the additional power draw of the LCD screen is too much for this adapter, even though the total current draw is less than the rated 3A of this adapter. This is causing the voltage to drop too low and cause throttling and undervoltage alarms on the Raspberry Pi. I noticed that the official Raspberry Pi adapter supplies 5.1V and not 5V. I ended up finding an adapter that supplies 5.25V and started using that one instead and my warnings went away. I would recommend looking for an adapter that supplies 5.1V or 5.25V as it would appear that there's a bit of a voltage drop when you have some accessories like an LCD screen.

Powers a raspberry pi running an ATSC receiver. Old P/S must have been getting weak for a while, I can pick up more TV stations now. Tis wall wart doesn't seem to be producing interference as some do, and runs cool. I'll likely purchase another one or two for backups. * only have used it for about a week so can't comment on longevity... Seems to be a decent product though.
