Resistance Bands Exercise Bands Pull-Up Bands

It has a very good thickness and resistance. It is a little too big but still very good. I have had it for multiple years and it is just now starting to crack.

I love this heavy black band for squats and deadlifts. It is more convenient and easier on the hands than doubling up the lighter bands that come together in the set. I recommend supplementing the set with this heavier black band.

I’ve had these resistance bands for almost a year now, and I use them every single day. They’ve held up incredibly well—no tearing, no stretching out, and the tension is still just as strong as when I first bought them. My order consisted of a set of four Resistance Bands, but I only received a paper envelope with one band in it. I assumed the other three were on their way, but according to the Orders page, it appears that the order has been fulfilled. IT HAS NOT BEEN FULFILLED!!! Please send the rest of my bands or my refund my money.

I'm finding that these bands seem to work well although it seems like it would vary quite a lot depending on the height, weight, etc. of the person using them. I'm just 5 ft 6 in and relatively thin so I don't have any difficulty doing various exercises. There's a good range of resistance from very easy to stretch to difficult so they should be useful for a person of average strength. The price is reasonable and so far they feel like they're going to be durable. The best thing is that they're small and very portable which is useful in a small condo and you don't have to set any equipment up. Recommended.
