How would it test pH in a person? How can we do it once purchased?

I am not sure if you can use this to test the pH if a person. Perhaps by putting it in sweaty skin. You should call manufacturer to see if they can answer your question.

can i use this meter for cheesemaking?

Don't see why notCheesemaking websites list similar ones, maybe less precise than this but same technology

Can I use for stiff dough?

Yes you can. This can read liquids and solids. I use mine to measure the ph of cheese curds and whey.

I have a very similar meter but it is "ph110" instead of "ph100." will this "ph105" sensor work with the "ph110?"
