Perfect for brisket!
Bought this for my husband to cut up his brisket. It is perfect, and he loves the ridge around it, it keeps all the juices in place, no spillage over the side.

It’s a keeper - as soon as we figure out where to store it
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This thing is huge. I mean, I know the dimensions are listed in the description, but until you actually set it on your counter you don’t fully appreciate just how big it is.One feature we really like is the little valleys around the edge of the board that catch fat and juices while you’re butchering chicken (or whatever you’re working on). It’s actually really convenient and keeps the mess from running everywhere.Now the real question: where do we store this thing??? That part we’re still figuring out. It’s not heavy, but it’s definitely a large, quality board.Cleaning is pretty easy. Lemon and salt help, although we did notice the fishy smell can linger a bit after filleting. If you already thought ahead about where to store a board this big… congratulations, you’re wiser than we are. 😄

These are Organic!
This bamboo board set was recommended as an alternative to plastic cutting boards, in order to cut down on ingested microplastics. Since I predominantly eat plant based, so I’m doing a lot of chopping, this is a priority. The boards are nice and hefty, were shipped without damage, and the sizes are very convenient! I love the “moat” around the edges, and the lifetime warranty! These boards are organic- free of dyes, stains, and plastic coatings that my previous compressed board had. This is a win win!
