Chicken broth/stock/boullion are a foundation item in most good professional kitchens. Theyre not just from soup. They are used constantly. I like this and will keep it in our pantry. This definitely has a different flavor profile that pretty much all the others Ive had. I use a lot and have tried about 50 brands/versions from around the globe. LKK use chicken and chicken fat and that may explain at least part of the difference. Its not too salty, and not metalic tasting in any way. This has more of a "Knorr-meets-real-broth" taste. It has more depth than others. I get good results by combining different brands for their strengths. The Lee Kum Kee chicken boullion has definitely made it into my bag of tricks.

This is the best powdered bouillon ever...more than just salt, fat, and coloring. This tastes like real chicken, so much better than Knorr de Pollo! I promise!

I am amazed at how delicious this chicken powder is. I bought it to use in oriental dishes but now I use it in everything. It tastes just like real chicken broth and mixes easily!

Tried couple other brand and this is the best by far. I put it in everything, stir fried vege is great.

I like to season my rice ( 1 tbsp per cup of dry rice) with this powder and a generous amount of toasted sesame oil in the rice cooker. Makes a perfect tasty rice for serving with Asian meals.

I'm legitimately shocked at how much additional flavor just a tablespoon of this added to soups, gravies or stews this can add. The can is a great size, and I've been using this for several months, and I don't think I've even used a quarter of it yet, so it's a great value. The sodium is a little high, but easily adjustable to add less salt if I'm going to include this boullion. For something as easy as a single spoonful, the flavor it adds is amazing.

Ideal for Asian style chicken bases and Wonton soup. Western style (Knorr, Wyler, Herbox, etc) chicken soup concentrates and bouillons are based upon a chicken, carrot, celery, and onion (mirpoix) base giving that familiar well-rounded chicken soup flavor. Lee Kum Kee chicken powder takes the Asian approach by using chicken-only in their product. This results in your wonton soup tasting more actual than their western counterparts, thus lending more authenticity to your dish.

I have purchased this product numerous times, which is a mark of my satisfaction. Don't just focus on the word chicken. This product will add flavor and enhance the taste of your food.

ボケた味かなぁと思ったら入れる 物足りないなぁと思ったら入れる とりあえず入れる 下手に色々加えるより美味しくなるので是非使ってみて欲しい 買ったときより600円も安くなってて泣けるけどなくなったらまた買う
