One of the best Metal Body Blowers available in the market
I purchased this metal body blower in December,2023. Probably it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Itโs working fine without any issues. 3 heat modes help to save the power/electricity consumption. I live in Kolkata & mostly I use the first mode & rarely the 2nd one. Go for it guys, & please ignore the plastic body blowers for your safety.

Very poor after sales service . Dont buy.
The heater stopped working within a year. It was under warranty hence we raised a service request with the customer care. The technician visited and said the faulty spare part will be replaced in 3-4 days. The customer care closed the request inspite of we informing them the heater was not repaired and we are waiting for the technician. its over 3 months now neither the the technician nor the customer care bothered to come back to us even after repeated attempts to contact them. Overall very poor after service. Disappointed with the experience.

Fitting not proper and moving Dom up n down
Below the control switch, Dom or panel not fixed or fitted properly. What testing team is doing and wasting money for unnecessary exchange or return activities. Waste of company money and customer time. Collect the courier charges from who has tested this product before delivery. Your brand name will degrade with this kind of defected peaces if deliver to customers. Please keep in mind. I have lot of trust on USHA brand. Keep it hold.
