Plantar fasciitis and heel spur relief
I picked up these OOFOS slip-on knit shoes after months of battling plantar fasciitis and nagging heel pain — and honestly, I wish I had found them sooner. From the first wear, the difference was immediate. The thick, rocker-style sole cradles every step with serious cushioning, taking pressure off exactly where it hurts most. My heel and arch pain have noticeably reduced with daily use. The knit upper is a dream — lightweight and breathable, so my feet never feel overheated or weighed down. Sizing is straightforward too: fits true to size, no guessing required. Just slip them on and go. Whether I'm running errands or just recovering after a long day on my feet, these have become my everyday staple. The rocker sole feels generously padded and exceptionally comfortable — like walking on a cloud with purpose.

Very cushy and comfortable
My husband had a stress fracture. He didn’t go in right away and so it was mostly healed but still painful. His doctor recommended these shoes. He is just amazed at how comfortable they are and how much less pain he is having in his foot.

The OOFOS chubby heal works for me.
I have a very tender right heal and this shoe along with an OOFOS matching slide have eliminated the pain. The quality is pretty good and the (on sale) price is reasonable given the price of shoes these days. My only complaint is that they don't just slip on; however OOfOS supplies loops front and back of the shoe throat that helps a lot to pull them on. I can forgive this one inconvenience because they might not stay on as well without being snug. As I alluded to; I have OOFOS slides and I also have the flip-flop sandal version. Both of these sandals share the big fat heal cushion that make all the difference. They are kind of expensive, but for me they improve my quality of life measurably.

Comfy
Very comfortable even though I'm flat footed. Only concern is the bottom part of the sole that contacts the ground is soft foam.

Comfortable
Not bad at all.

Incredibly comfortable. Fell apart in two weeks.
I bought these OOFOS zen expecting the comfort everyone raves about, and honestly, they delivered. Out of the box, they’re some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. No break in period. No awkward pressure points. I started wearing them daily on June 9. By June 21-22, less than two weeks in, the soles started deteriorating. Not minor wear. Actual breakdown of the material. Yes, I wore them every day. That’s the point of a shoe. Daily wear is what they’re designed for, and they should hold up to it. A shoe this comfortable should not fail this fast. I was so sad as I truly was so excited I found a shoe that could help with some of my feet issues as I am on my feet about 3-5 hours a day. I ended up sending them back. Comfort means nothing if the shoe can’t survive normal use. Great feel, poor durability. Can’t recommend until they fix the sole material. Oofos, if you are listening I want you to succeed and I am routing for you but you need to figure out the durability as these shoes are not priced for the lower shelve.

Great shoes
I had plantar fasciitis and bought these. They are incredibly comfortable and helped heal my foot. They are true recovery shoes as advertised.

You couldn't PAY ME to wear these shoes.
Very attractive shoe. Much better than pictures. Now that that's out of the way: Who is writing these reviews? Zen??? Try Hell. Horrible horrible horrible. Choking the foot. The bottom is a lumpy mess (you'd need very high arches). Nothing at all like their recovery glides that I love and fully recommend. This is like sticking your foot in a vice. I can't imagine these loosening up enough to be wearable. You'd have to pay me a lot of money to wear these, let alone *take* my money. Enough money to throw comfort and foot health out the window. Instead - going to give these things the boot. Yikes!!
