Great Mixer
Bought this a few years ago and absolutely love it and it has paid for it self 100 times. Great outputs, plenty of headroom, no issues so for as of today 11/4/2025. Onboard effects are amazing and it has alot of versatility. I also put it in a hard case and it keeps it very protected.

A GREAT MIXER FOR THE MONEY..
I bought this mixer to replace a Mackie Mix12Fx that left me hangin' after the third (3) time it was taken out of the box, and let me tell you, I should have bought THIS ONE FIRST..! Then I wouldn't have wasted my money on that other junk.. This mixer has EVERYTHING you would want in a pro quality mixer..! It has Pan Left/ Right, Three (3) Band E/Q. on each channel, full controll of digital effects, high and low Z inputs, you can run your mics, guitar[s], your Key Board, ALL OF IT, right from this mixer.! Use the USB connection and record direct to your Lap Top, and be editing a live show recording on the way HOME..! My Father would say it's the best thing since sliced bread, I say it's just plain GREAT...!

Excellent Value
We purchased this for our son. He plays a variety of instruments and had wanted a good mixer. After doing some reading, we decided this one would do the trick. Our son has been very pleased with it. Sound quality is very good. The board seems well-made and sturdy. There are plenty of inputs, which is something that was very important to him. In terms of negatives, the biggest thing is there really isn't much of an instruction manual, so getting familiar with it takes a bit of effort. Fortunately, everything is pretty well labeled and our son has worked with the audio production team for plays and musical performances, so he was able to figure it out.

A Mixer It Is
Mixer does what a mixer does quite well BUT some kind of instructions would be nice. I did find the manual for it but it doesn't cover everything it does. How does one tweak the effects? I just don't know at this point.. I figured out the tap button for the delays BUT it has more functions to figure out. Like the British feature in the EQ section. Some nice tones hidden there. The Preamps are quite nice. Overall a nice little unit......

USB RECORDING
I needed a mixer for USB recording for my home studio. In the past, I have purchased a lot of Behringer mixers from 2 inputs to 24 inputs for live and studio. This USB feature is perfect for home studio recordings. I have also purchase precious which was more costly, but this mixer does that as good for my needs at a great price. The only thing I wish it had more than just two recordings at once. But for the price, it is okay. I plan to order an interface from Behringer with 18 inputs and 20 outputs and run the playback through this mixer.

Stop! Do not buy Behringer Mixer!
I Purchased the older version of this mixer 2 years ago (Behringer Xenyx QX1832USB) for my home studio. After just two years of light use, it suddenly stopped working. The lights pulsate, it makes a clicking sound, and the mixer is completely unstable. So I contacted Behringer about their advertised 3 year warranty.... To my surprise, I learned that the 3-year warranty is only valid if the product is registered within [90 days] of purchase. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this requirement and didn’t register the mixer in time. When I contacted support, they were polite but firm, stating that their policy is strictly enforced and they couldn’t assist me further. I understand the need for policies, but a [90-day registration window] for a [3-year warranty] feels overly restrictive, and done so people never register and never get the 3 year warranty. It doesn't seem right that a well-known company wouldn't expect their units to last longer. It's a shame they trick you with a 90-day registration period to qualify for a three-year warranty. This is advertised on the box and website, but the 90-day requirement is buried in small print somewhere down the page. I thought I was purchasing a quality product. I guess not, if they have to be so shady about it. I have a similar Yamaha and Mackie mixer that I travel with and have had for more than 10 years. No issues. I bought two of these Behringer mixers, one for me and another for a client. I thought they were solid after a year of light use. I guess not. My Advice.... Just buy a from a well proven brand like Yamaha or Mackie. I know its more pricey, buy they will last a lifetime! They will take a beating and keep on ticking! Just google "Behringer Mixer issue" and see for yourself.

Great for bands, not for karaoke!
Great for bands, not for karaoke! I recently made this purchase while my 12 channel board was in the shop. I saw it had all the features of the other board plus the added bonus of being rack mountable. The price was about the same I paid for the 12 channel just a few months before. Since I have been using it I have had nothing but compliments on the sound quality. Not sure why but it does an excellent job without the need for an equalizer. Now the drawback, and it's pretty big for the karaoke industry. I made the jump to usb inputs years ago and found much more reliability than the conventional earphone plug method. Those cords wouldn't last ending in some awful crackling and beating up my speakers. Every board I've owned (5 to date) with usb inputs had a separate volume control on the board itself. Blending in with the other controls it's just natural to control everything from the board. THIS BOARD DOESN'T HAVE A VOLUME CONTROL FOR THE USB INPUT! Dear engineers, why wouldn't you? Defeats the whole purpose from my use and ultimately the reason for my purchase. Now it's my warning to other karaoke dj"s not to purchase this otherwise outstanding board. I have to go back to a board I can't rack mount but can control the volume, or use the one I can mount but have to plug into the headphone jack... It's like the bmw engineers who put in the absolute worst cup holders in a $50k car. You have an excellent product but you decide to forgo a simple knob? Terrible, shameful... Anyway like I said the quality is the best for all other applications except karaoke. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR FOR ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS!
