Solo he tocado un UHD BD y se congela, pero lo que si esta muy mal es que es region 1 para DVD y no se puede cambiar a 4 (Mexico)

I've been a fan of high quality Blu-ray discs for years, and 5 weeks ago upgraded to this 4K ultra player, along with a Sony XR OLED TV. The step up in video quality is awesome! Increased color depth and tracking, higher resolution, smooth motion, lots of detail, it's amazing. Subtle colors are subtle, grays finely resolved, and brilliant colors really pop! Excellent.

This UHD player works brilliantly. Easy set-up and great picture. One thing I really enjoy is that thing boots up almost instantly. Put the disc in and it reads it right away. Only thing I dislike is that the apps are limited. You can't add anything like Apple plus tv or Disney plus. Otherwise I highly recommend this player.

The white HDMI cable that it comes with may not fit in the plug on your TV. It's the thin type, and my TV did not accept it. It also comes with a black cable that fits just fine, but there is no mention of it in the instructions. Anyway, when I finally realized that there are two types of cable and that the black one (a little shorter than the white one) would work, everything was OK. I still don't know the specs of the black cable however. Hoping it's also a high-speed 4K one.
