Amazon's "will this fit" feature is incorrect and THIS DOES fit an 01 civic lx. I bought this along with a new exhaust maninfold and spring bolt set. As far as I know it's working great. The guy at the muffler shop didn't say otherwise so I'll just assume it worked fine. If your replacing your exhaust on an 01 civic lx then pull the trigger on this one.

This is listed as fitting the Forester XT (turbo) however that is not the case. Its much too small, I believe this is a common mistake as the exhaust shop I ended up taking my car to had to try 3 times before getting the right size from a local supply shop. The quality is great so I'm giving the product 5 stars. However, I was disappointed that Amazon showed it as fitting my car it only fits naturally aspirated foresters, not the turbo models.

Not the gasket in picture. Was solid with gloss finish. It did fit my Subaru but not without some coaxing

Looks like a good donut, but it's 2" in diameter and the stock pipes on the Forester X are 1 7/8. Kind of frustrating. I had to go to Autozone and have the guy go through examples until he found one that fit. Incidentally, what worked was a Fel-pro 60690 which is stock for an '89 Mercury Tracer.

The original gasket in my exhaust system deteriorated and ultimately fell apart (who knows where), gushing exhaust fumes under the passenger compartment of my 1999 Subaru Outback. The chain store where I take my car for oil changes wanted to replace my catalytic converter ($600 quote) due to significant rust of the flange where it connects to the rest of the exhaust system. I figured I would try replacing the gasket (and the spring and bolt kit while I was at it) instead to see if I could squeeze another few years out of the car before I replace it. The hardest part of the job was extracting the old, rusted spring bolts. The gasket itself went right in and sealed nicely when I tightened the bolts. No more exhaust leak!

Does NOT fit Ford Escape as indicated, was not same as in photo which is why I had spent extra for this one instead of similar one local parts store had offered. I see photo has now been corrected fit is an issue for 01 Escape.

Worked great for a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Used this at the rear where the straight pipe connects to the muffler.
