This product use in summer?

Better in winter. Or atleast when it's not too humid, since it is a target heavy cream.

Is it good for 1 year old baby ? Because it is mentioned that it can be used in infants.

I don't think so in most situations. This is a very heavy cream much like Vaseline. It's really good for really cold climates, exposure to chilly winds, petiole who have dry to very dry skin, especially when the climate is dry.
