Bosch 6 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (WAB16161IN, White, Inbuilt Heater)

1. Very good product from BOSCH - 5 stars 2. Delivery - 2 stars: a. Accessories missing - Plastics clips for fitting the back side bolts, inlet filter and adapter were missing. b. Raised a compliant to BOSCH Customer care and their service engineer gave the missing items. 3. Poor Installation and Demo services - 1 Star a. Amazon organized their own Service engineers for installation and demo - Very poor installation. b. The back side drum bolts were not removed and not informed about it during demo. c. When operated the first time, the machine started to shake severely during high speed and almost toppled. Luckily we were there nearby to switch off the power supply. d. Raised the complaint to BOSCH Customer Care and Amazon Customer care e. BOSCH Engineer who was well experienced, quickly found the problem and told that the back side drum bolts must be removed during installation. f. These bolts are for fixing the drum during transit only. g. Amazon sent another Service engineer, who came and also acknowledged the same. h. Request both BOSCH and Amazon Team to look into this and ensure this doesn't reoccur.

Excellent product, Excellent service. But when talking about products, Noise is too much and I am not happy with the design, as a product enthusiast I always look at the design of the product, and I would say this is not a great design for a great FTUE. But if you are not that old to be confused with the key functions and are okay with some noise in the evening, it's worth it!! because for 25k it's truly worth considering the brand value. One piece of advice: The installation team might tell you to purchase their liquid detergent for better product life, but don't take it seriously, it's an overpriced product, and look for better alternatives in the market.

After using the Bosch machine for 10 months, I can say it has served the purpose well so far without any issue. Noise & vibration is minimum. I can hear little sound only when it's spinning. The design, built quality & materials used look sturdy. The washing is also great plus it has different programs to select the type of wash & temperature needed. Happy with the performance.

This Washing machine works perfectly fine and this is a perfect Washing machine at this rate. This Washing machine less vibrant than my last Washing machine IFB. This Washing machine is very user friendly and really value for the money. After all you can buy this Washing machine without any doubt 👍👍😁

Machine stop works suddenly. Its takes loud noise and once I call customer support of Bosch company they said drum is faulty and it would take 15k to replace the same. Do not buy this machine as I purchased it for 20k and now they are charging 15k to work normally.

The product is amazing. My supima cotton clothes and jeans are retaining their shine after the wash. This long review is for the poor service provided by Bosch in Indore. We had to call to get update on the installation and demo status as we were delivery within 48hrs of delivery. Finally, The installation person came 4 days after the product delivery. Other brands (Whirpool, Kent) sent their personnel the same day or next day for installation and demo. We also got call from Whirpool to check for the installation and for the feedback post installation which is really impressive. Moreover, we were charged 1800 rupee to add water softner which is available at INR 999 on amazon and INR 210 for the connector. We should be informed prior about the external items that are required for installation so that we can purchase them at a better price from the market.

Iam using since15 days. Almost daily one load. The machine operates so smoothly. No sounds. The cleaning is superb. Of all earlier machines I was using, this one is more worthy I can say with confidence. The features are amazing. The cost is comparatively cheaper. My selection of Bosch is a commendable one. I will report after some more months of operation about it's continued Good performance. Thank you BOSCH. Thanks Amazon.

DO NOT BUY.. I purchased this machine 2 yrs ago.. the company guy came and showed us how to use..he filled the machine with 15 pieces of clothes and said there should be enough space on top of the filled drum for my hand to move easily..In 6 months the company service guy told us the machines shock absorbers are damaged..when asked how .he said there is a problem with this particular model ..when we contacted the comapany they said we cannot do anything as the purchase was made through amazon..then in a few more months the machine started skipping time and overshooting the time limit..again service guy said the descaler provided by the last service guy has been declared by the company as not effective and made us buy new..the last service made us buy a years supply..all that got waste and had to buy new. Everytime i complanied about machine they said descale..ideally it is required once in 3 months..i was doing almost every month.. Today again i called the service guy for same issue and now he said this machine cannot handle more than 6 pieces of clothes at a time..means i run a 3 hrs cycle for cotton clothes for just 6 pieces??? Who buys a machine that needs to be run atkeast 4 times dialy to cater to the requirements of a family of 4? Company wants no hamd in this as its purchased thru amazon..nothing was specified as this being a machine for a single person use. Now i am stuck with this good for nothing machine after spending thousands..
