Longevity Longevity Longevity! These are my go to filters. Easy to slide in and remove, well designed. The pitcher is of water capacity to fill 4 large glasses or mugs. Nice an compact to slide into a small space on our counter, would be good in the fridge too. For longevity, I've used this daily for 5 years now and no issues at all, which is longer than any other pitcher or filter I've ever had. Water always tastes good immediately. We have really bad water here, it comes out of the tap smelling like oil or river or chlorine but just a quick run through this filter and it has no smell or taste at all. Our fridge filter is way more expensive and sophisticated but can't compete with this one.

Excellent longevity lasting twice or three times as long as a Britta or Pur

Love the Japanese pitcher and tried it out for two weeks to be sure, so ordered replacement filters already even tho not needed for 4 months.

Filters work very well and last a long time. Used a single filter for over six months. Water tastes good. The only thing to note is the filters take longer to filter as they age. Eventually slow to a drip but still work just have to be patient.

I really do enjoy this water filter and can definitely taste the difference in the filtered water versus the tap water. Its filters pretty fast in the beginning. Faster than I’ve ever seen a filter work, however, I’ve noticed that once the water starts the filter at a slower pace, the time to change the filter is approaching. There’s a dial at the top that’s suppose to help with measuring the time but I never use it because once the filter completely stops working, the taste of the tap screams at your taste buds. I took off a star because one of the filters busted(?) and all the yellow granules were spilling everywhere and it’s far too expensive to waste.
