Exactly as advertised

This was excellent, I chose the 1/4" for the bottoms of texture black cabinetry doors at a salon. Due to the cabinets being behind the wash bowls, it's inevitable that water drips down the front every day from opening the cabinets with wet hands. And the splash zone. As such, the laminate on the cabinets started to show small imperfections. So I set out to find a quick and successful fix. It turned out to be a perfect option. Install was quick and easy. Make sure to wipe down the surfaces with the wipes provided. Made all the difference. Most importantly, this feels like a permanent solution. The materials are durable and trim up nicely. I wish the edges weren't white after cutting to size, but I found that had I used a black marker or paint prior to installing, everything would have been perfection. I appreciated the plastic coating that protected the finish of the black edging.

Unfortunately, adhesive backing released on all four pieces I cut to size after just a few days, with one side adhering fine. Since roll comes flat, having to bend the adhesive isn't strong enough to hold 90-degree from wanting to return to original flat position. It was easy to cut to size and install providing edge protection I was looking for, improved appearance with a nice gloss black finish. At this point I'm forced to apply a better adhesive tape to utilize, vs. returning and redoing.

They work like I expected. I mean they're not wood molding but I was broke and I couldn't afford wood molding at the time and we thought we'd have to try around to the corners and such. it sticks on some places and it kind of pops loose on other places I think I will eventually have to replace it. It is nice to be able to either have it bend in or out and then we're flat so it is versatile and it takes paint okay it does have a tendency as I think as other people have said to chip off.

I bought this trim for the front edge of my computer desk. It has a hard edge and can be uncomfortable on the forearms. I had previously installed a rigid piece of faux wood trim that mostly worked.. but I had trouble keeping it attached properly, and eventually the finish wore off and looked awful. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the roll of this trim.. It is very flexible.. and the adhesive is super super strong. It took me about 10 mins to cut to the proper length, peel the backing and stick the trim down.. It really worked well .. It fees very solidly attached and gives me the nice rounded corner I wanted.

I purchased this product for an off use purpose. I used it to create an attractive edge on a step. The horizontal surface of the tread was applied according to the directions using the cleaning pad first and it held beautifully,. But the vertical portion of the riser, applied the same way, kept gapping in spots. I tried using a small wooden wallpaper seam roller to apply more pressure but it kept gapping. Finally I used a heat gun on a medium setting to warm the edging and then used the roller to press the edging down. That made all the difference as it activated the glue more evenly and it is holding perfectly now. I purchased the light wood pattern and it really looks great. I'd definitely recommend this product but with the caveat that it might take a heat gun to get it to stick to a wood surface.

I used this product to cover some damage to a television stand that was made of wood. Our y0ung dog chewed on one corner and I could not repair it by sanding and staining. It worked out great, put it on each front side and it looked like it belonged. Easy to apply and seems permanent. The color I used was walnut and it matched well.

It was exactly what I was looking for there's a clear coat protection tape on there that you peel off but then a couple days later it started bubbling different places and that clear coat there does not peel off the glue itself is very strong and it adhes well but my entire countertop edging now has little plastic bubbles all throughout it happy and what I wanted it to be but disappointed in the final product it is good quality it's heavy duty but as I said before it's got bubbles all through it

Looks good , sticks easy .. just make sure 2" is what you really need I coulda used a little smaller ... But installed well !

Doesn't have good adhesive. Doesn't work on the wall or wall paper. Not useful at all. Bad quality product. Service is also not good. They first sent me a smaller one and the the replacement came after 1 week. Not recommended.

Poor product. Sticks in some places and not others. Bubbles form in the plastic. Places it does it does not stick to the wall , then rips off some drywall and you need to patch. It’s difficult to keep straight to keep the middle crease on the corner. I washed the wall used the wipes supplied (they were very strong chemical smell) and I used rubbing alcohol, dried wall, then tried affixing. Do not buy. It would be better to purchase a rigid piece of plastic for edging.

Don't waste money. Adhesive was not working and no softness I was wasted for me me quality ok ok. No use for me
