If you're looking for a product that matches up to all that it claims to be... you've found it! I was on the hunt for a good Ortho pillow for sometime and after a good amount of research, the WW pillow was what I decided on. The product was delivered in excellent condition, rolled up neatly in a compact bag. It assumed it's regular shape as soon as it was unrolled. The pillow does come with a very strong chemical smell that is overwhelming. I threw it into the sunlight for a good 6 hours before use. The smell still persisted but was then bearable. I'm the kind of person who sleeps with a slightly thick pillow (sometimes two) and I expected it would take time to get used to this pillow. However, the comfort that it offers is excellent. While I wouldn't have minded the height being a tad more, I guess this is the right height to keep the posture right while sleeping. It offers the right amount of support without being hard or uncomfortable. I have been waking up with no neck or back pain and have been getting much better sleep. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! Totally worth the price!

Product was good in quality and comfort but I exchanged it due not suitable height and softness for my head.

I have finally found a really good comfortable memory foam pillow, with the perfect balance of softness and support. Believe me, as a sufferer of a C5-C6 Nerve root compression and its allied muscle spasms and neck pains, everyday would be a battle with neck pain and headaches, in spite of extensive physiotherapy and medications. I tried everything form the really expensive Tempur Memory Foam Cloud pillow, the Tempur Contour pillow, the local Mumbai Back Rx Memory Foam Contour pillow, the Hush Memory foam one -side Gel pillow to all manners of Fiber filled or Foam pillows, all ranging in price from Rs 699 to Rs 16,000!! This moderately priced Memory Foam pillow from the White Willow company beats them all hands down. There is hardly any smell (besides who cares for a slight smell if the comfort is supreme?)and like I said earlier, perfect balance of softness and support. I plan to buy more varied sizes and shapes and I sincerely hope that they maintain their good quality. Service was quick and fast, though I wouldn't mind the pillows being boxed, rather than just a bubble wrap outer cover - if so, then some kind of inner protective sleeve should also be there as courier companies sometimes mishandle pillows whilst delivering them.

This is a great pillow for those experiencing wry neck. Soft and sturdy at the same time while offering quite a relaxing experience. However, I won’t recommend this to people who don’t enjoy thick pillows because this isn’t exactly quite thin. (Go for the slim version of the same). I would’ve given this 5 stars but even after one week of airing this pillow, the mildly obnoxious smell of chemicals doesn’t seem to leave the foam. Legit have to spray deodorant over it every night. Wonder if they even tried to sanitize the product before straight off delivering it to customers? Edit: It’s been approximately 6 months ever since I bought this pillow and it has firmly maintained its shape. The obnoxious smell too went away after two months of regular usage. Though it is not made for rough and tough kind of practicals i.e. it’ll be better if you only use it as a head support whilst lying down and NEVER EVER use it as a back support either on the bed or on the sofa.

Utrathin pillow is very good quality n highly comfortable

I have been using this pillow for about a week now and I really liked it. I am a side sleeper and prefer a good pillow to support my neck. My issue with pillows are they are always uncomfortable, too hard, or go flat too fast but this pillow is a perfect combination of both, neither too hard nor too soft. It arrived all compacted and rolled up but only needed a few minutes to fluff. Since memory foams consists of polyurethane and some additional chemicals so a chemical odor may be there but don't worry this odor is harmless and you need to put the pillow in bright sunlight for a couple of hours and odor will fade away. Also don't get surprised by weight of pillow. It weights about 1.5 Kilograms. What I liked most: 1. It provides good head & neck support so highly useful for people who get neck pain during sleep. 2. It adapts the shape of our neck, head so provides a unique support for everyone. 3. It provides pressure point relief. 4. It is Hypo-Allergenic. 5. It comes with a soft elegant cover. 6. One year warranty. 7. Made in India. So it is a very good pillow at affordable price and customer service of the company is also good. So if you want to experience the comfort then you should give it a try.

Product is good for a painful neck. Sleep quality was better than before (although I haven’t had many sleep sessions with the pillow yet). Will add details with further use. There could have been a proper covered packaging with the paper bag atleast so a bit of hygiene issue over here.
