This board was given as a Christmas gift and the receiver was very happy. From the initial impression its sturdy, well made, and a really good size. It was washed and dried and used right away. Can't speak to longevity, but at $14.97 it was a really good deal and seems to be good quality. The 3 divets in the back are perfect for serving. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

I bought this for my wife as she wanted to start making charcuterie boards after taking a class with her sisters. Found this product and thought “for the price and the way it looks I’ll give it a go.” Gave it to her as a gift and she absolutely loved it. I waited to do this review until we used it a few times. So far so good and I added some pictures. The top of the board has a clean, professional look but not over the top or plain. I was unsure how big the utensils were in the picture (I didn’t really read to find out or care at the time) but I included a pic with a quarter in it for size. This board feels and looks well built and has so rubber feet on the bottom so it doesn’t move much on the counter. The utensil tray is also well build and slides in and out with ease. I haven’t looked at what else Royal Craft Wood makes but if the do make other things as well as this then I will be buying more of their quality products! I think it’s a family owned company too so I would imagine the customer service is good but haven’t had to use that. I did receive a thank you letter from the owner though so that was pretty cool! Lastly the one thing I was u sure of was how much meat/cheese/etc would this hold as I’m no charcuterie board maker. Well I can tel you it holds plenty! We’ve used it for just the two of us and up to 10-12 people. Really depends on how much people eat but I also included a picture to give you an idea of the amount it holds! If you’re into charcuterie, it’s a must have cheese board!

The product is exactly what I expected it to be. We have been trying to cook more at home and I got sick of watching my wife cut up ingredients on a dinged up, discolored piece of plastic. This board just works. Its not too big, so it is easy to place on a counter top and stores well in a standard cupboard. Yet its size is plenty large enough to to allow you to cut up multiple meal ingredients at once. The three "compartments" are not too deep as to be disruptive to the main objective (cutting), but are substantial enough to hold an ingredient you've already cut up, without any issue at all. Another significant thing of note is that the board has enough weight to it that it stays stationary on the counter while working, its not sliding all over the place. It is definitely evident that there was quite a bit of thought put into the design, because everything just kind of works. It doesn't hurt that the board just looks nice. Simple but nice. Now on to the company. About a week after our order, I received a envelope in the mail that stood out because it didn't look like all the other bills and junk that clog up my box. Turns out it was a letter from the owner of this company thanking me for buying their product. It may not seem like a lot to some, but the fact that this guy took the time to find out I bought the product, get my info, print out a letter, use a stamp, etc, is just the small attention to detail that I appreciate in a company. I can't ever see myself needing another board, but if I did, I would come back to this company without the slightest bit of hesitation.

This wood cheese board was a gift. My friend called me after she received it and couldn't say enough good things about this gift. A week later she called me and said they had a party and used this for their cheese and meat board and everyone wanted to know where she got this. So it was the hit of the party. I'll say it's worth the money and is made really well .

This is a very sturdy and handsome board. It’s a great gift. Nice utensils and good storage for them. Would purchase again for a shower, housewarming or hostess gift. Great board for the price.

I really don't understand the price for this item. This is the HIGHEST quality board that I've EVER purchased! And I've purchased a LOT! This is such an incredible board for charcuterie AND it includes 2 absolutely beautiful & incredible unattached side serving boards. I just cannot believe that I saw what I saw, and I received better than what I saw all for the price that I saw. Other reviews mentioned that items were missing. Nothing was missing from my set. Others said that it was "supposedly pretreated, but it wasn't". This is high quality bamboo. It has to be treated frequently or it will become dry. It has most definitely been pretreated, or it would have been warped. You always must treat bamboo boards with mineral oil, & it soaks in very quickly. Did other reviewers expect it to come dripping in oil? This is such an incredibly beautiful board. If you purchase & treat it right it will last forever!!! Just can't get over the price!!! I would have paid over $100 for this board, and the 2 side serving trays could be at Least $25 each! Oh...and the mention of the drawer for the serving utensils not being removable? Just take the utensils out & put them on the tray, as is intended for use. Close the utensil drawer, & there is no reason for it to become "dirty" ever. No one else will even realize that it's there. You just simply wipe it out for clean up. Just can't get over this fabulous purchase!!!

I contacted the company directly to let them know about the misspelled words and they immediately offered to ship me a new board after they took care of this issue with quality control. They were so nice and helpful when I contacted them. Didn't hesitate to do everything they could to make this right. The company messaged me when they shipped out a new board and it arrived a few days later. This would be board #3 as the first two were misspelled. Sadly, the delivery person dropped this package and it split my new board on the corner. Photos attached. This was absolutely not the company's fault at all, but I couldn't replace this through Amazon again, so I sent another message to Royal Craft Wood. They got in touch with me the very next business day and once again, took steps to make this right by sending me board #4. They apologized for this issue, even though this wasn't their fault this time. It was on the delivery person. I recieved board #4 and it's perfect. Couldn't be happier. Photos of board #4 attached. Definitely don't hesitate to contact this company with any issues! They did everything they could to make my situation right and I'm sure they will help you, too! Top notch customer service! Review for boards #1 and #2. I was very excited to get my new cheese board and couldn't wait to open it up!! It looks so pretty and would make a nice gift for someone, but it has one glaring problem. Mozzarella is spelled wrong. I didn't notice this until I took it out of the plastic wrap it was sealed in. So, I ordered another one and sent board #1 for replacement. Board #2 arrived today and guess what? It's misspelled, too!! Didn't even unwrap it. Going to return it I guess. This was supposed to be used for a baby shower and now I have to find another board. So frustrating. I may give this company another chance if they can just do some quality control and check the spelling before they ship the boards! It's plainly obvious. The photos on all the other reviews for this board are spelled correctly. My guess is there is a whole batch that is misspelled. Can someone fix this please??
