May be the best canned dolmas out there
Ever since I discovered restaurant dolmas I have tried canned dolmas in hopes of finding an acceptable substitute when I’m not close to the previously mentioned restaurant. I have tried two other brands, one was really good, I thought I had found the ultimate canned dolmas, but the second can I ordered wasn’t nearly as good. Undeterred, I tried another highly rated brand and was sorely disappointed. So this is the third brand I’ve tried. I’ve had two cans and they have been very good, the leaves have been young and tender and the taste has been excellent, along with the texture and the tightness of the dolma itself. I just add a little olive oil and a light sprinkle of salt and they’re delicious! If the Divina brand proves consistent, I’ve found the canned brand I’ll turn to when I can’t get them from my Mediterranean restaurant.

These are great
Love these with Tzatziki sauce. They are a little pricey. There are six in a can, costing ~$5.

best canned dolmas
I am Greek and this is my favorite dolma brand. canned dolmas are great because they really marinate and soak up the delicious lemony juice! they are so good but definitely overpriced. not a fan of how they pack them just loose in the box, wish they came in a better package because they do get dented sometimes. but they are just fine and I have had no issues with the dented cans. but whatever you do, do not freeze them! it will ruin the texture and flavor.

Great find
I just ate 3 back to back and instantly decided they are review worthy. I tried a different one from Amazon before and didn’t like it but for the price I had to try these, and I’m so glad I did. I’m always on the go so finding foods I love at the click of a button is a huge win. Super fresh, lightly savory with a slight tang, and great quality for being in a tin. Great for just a snack, girl dinners or snack platters. Sure they’re oily but that’s how some tinned foods are packaged. I just scooped them out onto a paper towel before plating. You can repurpose the oil if you’d like, the taste is lovely and would be great in dressings, marinades, or you can have it with bread. “I don’t care. They’re your oats”. My husband also really enjoyed them and he’s well traveled and has great taste in food.
