This WAS an awesome light bar. For about a year. Then all of a sudden the light heads all started going bad at the same time. So I thought "okay, that's why I got one that you could replace the light heads on individually. I'll just order a bunch of spares."... nope, one year later they aren't in stock, then a year and a half later they aren't even on the website. Totally useless light bar now. For that kind of money, I expect it to either last, or at the very least keep selling the replacement light heads. Edit: I still love this light bar, it's great four the work I do as an oversize escort company. I contacted support to express my displeasure and they went above and beyond to see that I was able to get replacement parts right away and they also ensured me that they are working on making the replacement light heads available as soon as possible on their website. I'm very pleased with their solution and willingness to keep my employees safe on the road.

Honestly this light at has surpassed my expectations. Not to mention it looks cool on my truck along with being very bright! It did require a little time to hide the wires and get it to hook to the truck. Nothing I was not expecting. The program controllers is awesome because it lets you see exactly what the lights are doing. I purchased this for my business and look forward to seeing how this holds up. The only thing I have is one of the lights is not working. Size was perfect for my 2011 ford f250 super duty. I think it is worth the money for what you get and so far it has handled GREAT going thru the car wash! I would say for right now it appears to be water resistant! Installation was fairly easy with instructions, but, with that being said it did require some work to make it look really good! I have reached out to customer support for this and will update the review after my issue has been or not been solved. Based on other review the company appears to really back there product

I bought this in 2017 for my Chevy Colorado, and it is a pretty good lightbar for the price. After 3 years, the paint is starting to wear off of the top (I would assume typical for anything painted and sitting outside all the time without some sort of clear coat, see photo) and I noticed a light module remaining slightly lit one of the corners (the only reason I saw that was because it was pitch black and I could see a faint orange glow, but nothing one would notice unless up close in that scenario). I would assume the problem is the controller letting a slight amount of power through. That brings me to my biggest complaint about the bar which is the quality of the control box. The switches have worked fine for me and it does remember the last flash pattern used (I don't have a CB installed like other reviewers, perhaps that is why), but I had left it sitting in the sun on a hot day and the plastic decal on it got warped and started peeling off (see photo). The wires are also oddly pulled from the box, but everything still functions properly anyway. May be important to note I do not have the box mounted in the cab, but I normally leave it in the glove compartment. Even though it is not mounted, the backing plate that it magnetically grips for mounting and hand-held operation is rather weak. It comes off from time to time even just sitting (or maybe bouncing a little) in the glove box. If it were not for the cheaply constructed box, I would not hesitate to give this a five-star rating even after 3 years in use.

I had my doubts about this light when I bought it . But when it came in it was more than I expected. The light is super bright and works well so far . For the price completely satisfied

It has a very sleek design and bright lights. Bad parts are the label on the controller started to peel off after 2 days, the unit does not have any magnets or suction to help secure the install which has to be clamped onto the frame and then drilled into the frame of vehicle. I did not want to damage my vehicle by drilling holes into it, and only clamped it down tightly to my vehicle, unfortunately it flew off causing damage to my vehicle, broken tail lights and big dents and scratches. The unit was completely destroyed in the incident. Total waste of money.

I bought this light bar on February 16, 2018. At first I had an issue with the control panel but a telephone call and email resolved that problem when Xprite sent me a new control panel The cord for the control panel is long enough so that the user can mount the panel anywhere it's needed. I have waited to post this review until I had several opportunities to run through a car wash and into heavy rain. So far I have not detected any leaks and the light bar works great. It's a good deal for the low price. Subsequent to the issue above, Xprite worked very hard to resolve my issue, which they did. I highly recommend this company because of (1) their low prices (2) the quality of their product and (3) their excellent customer service!

The light bar is initially great. Looks great and was relatively easy to install. Wiring is super easy as it just needs a 12v positive and negative source. Lights are bright and the controller is fairly easy to use. The water proofing may be less than desirable because after having it only for a month I have lights that are barely lit when it's off. Not good and could drain the battery as I wired it directly to the battery. I guess I should just move it to an ignition on circuit but if the switch is off on the controller it should be OFF. It may be a waste of money if the LEDs go out so quickly. I guess this is why the professional units used on first responder vehicles are several thousand dollars.

So far I am pretty pleased. Came with no instructions but we figured it out. Will update when I have lived with it a while. update: The more I live with this lightbar the better I like it. Full of features and easy to use.

Took a month for the order to process, i suspect because it was made to order. Arrived in pristine condition, easy to install. Took about 2 hours because ive never installed one before, however im confident this could be conservatively installed in under 30 minutes. Mounted well on my '16 RAM 3500 Crew Cab. I purchased it more as a toy than for operation purposes, however it hasnt shifted or moved. The only gripe and I mean this is so not a huge deal it doesnt really bother me is that it only came with enough cable if you run it through the door through the headliner down and through to the battery, the added thickness on the door seal caused a very minor leak that was easilly addressed. Waited 4 years to purchase something like this and was not disappointed. Would buy again.

Lighyt is good and works good. Great company to deal with. Had a small issue with a product and they took care of it very fast. I would recommend them for your needs.

This particular light bar is exactly what I needed for my line of work! With thé take down's and thé alley lights it gets thé job done. Highly recommend this emergency lighting

Likes Looks Great, Very Bright, Get unit for the price Dislikes Controller has no labeling other than arrows and on off, Cannot use take downs or alleys on their own needs an override that allows just the whites to be activated without the ambers, The metal hod down brackets had to be re configured to successfully to grip the proper hold down points, Magnet feet should be an option as well for added hold down power.
