No. I think it works only for beats studio 1st generation.

Will it fit Beats Monster wired headphones

It fits but is not good because this pad drops off all the time.

Does it fits correctly in the headphones?

Mine fit very well! I am quite satisfied and had no problem with it. You just have to make sure you're buying it for the right headphones. I got this for my Beats limited edition Studio headphones ( purple one) and they're perfect.

Drops off everytime why?

Because the headband lips do not fit firmly in the bow of the headphones and they often come off. That was my bad experience with this hedband. I hope this answer allows you to clarify this issue.
