Really good GF pasta. Keeps its shape, doesn't go mushy, remains al dente.

Tastes Like Normal Pasta
As recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance, I have tried other alternatives which just tasted weird. This pasta just tastes like pasta, in a good way. Same al-dente feel. The only slight negative is it has a different, very slightly odd smell when cooking, but don’t be put off - this does not translate into the flavour in any way. Will be buying again.

Wheat/Gluten free for a relative
As with all products which specify they are wheat &/or gluten free & as with all free from products (whatever they are free from) I did find it a bit expensive. It does cook well & tastes like ordinary pasta & is al dente’
