I ordered this it came on time and I started taking it the next day. It not hard to take, two little squeezes and it's at the right amount. I have not had any side effects of it but I'm not feeling any effects that it is working. Maybe I've just not been on it long enough or it's not helping the issue I have but it's not hurting it either. You would have to try it and see for yourself to see if it works for you.

My kids were severely deficient in Vitamin D3, so our pediatrician recommended getting them on a high dose. After being on it for only a month, their mood has improved greatly.
