Beats my old Kitchen Aid hands down!
Great mixer! So far I have made bread and cookies, so not a full review of it's capabilities yet. What I have accomplished so far is perfect and I love the mixer. Had an old Kitchen Aid for years and this beats it hands down. Adding ingredients is far easier than on my old mixer and the power on this machine being at the bottom makes all the difference. Love it!

Excellent choice for home bakers!
Definitely a learning curve but is such a powerful mixer. I can make 5 times the amount of dough va my kitchen aid AND without worrying it’s going to break. It is slightly noisy but no more than the KA.

Must have for big batches!
Bought this for my step daughter who is starting up a Sourdough company here in TX. (Maggie's Sourdough). She absolutely loves it. She says it's super easy to use, takes up little space compared to a big-azz kitchaide, and works great. SHe says it's quiet enough that it doesn't wake her newborn and can handle several more loaves- giving her hands and arms a break. EXPENSIVE- but mission accomplished.

Best quality and easy to use
I’m so excited to use my new Bosch mixer! I own a micro bakery and have been using a couple kitchen aides so this new mixer is definitely going to reduce my bake time. It’s easy to use, keeps everything contained and is easy to clean. I highly recommend for anyone who needs to make bread in bulk!

Best for making breads
I love this machine. It does all the things my other mixer does and I don’t have to worry about burning up the motor when making bread dough. It has both a top load dough hook and I have the bowl and attachment for the bottom load dough hook. I am only giving it four stars because they don’t seem to make a coated dough hook and if I forget to put cooking oil on it after cleaning the hook oxidizes and gets on my hands and dough. My Kitchenaid attachments did the same but I was able to upgrade to the ceramic coated. But other than that one item this is by far the best.

Very nice
Awesome mixer. Nice and sturdy, not that big and fits well on my counter, and it isn't that loud as kitchen aid mixers.
