This gel bait works extremely well and exceeded my expectations. The packaging is clean and professional, and the syringes make application very easy and precise—no mess at all. I like that it comes with multiple tubes, which is perfect for treating several areas at once or for follow-up use. After applying it in problem areas (cracks, corners, and along baseboards), I noticed a significant reduction in activity within a short time. The gel stays in place and doesn’t dry out too quickly, which makes it more effective. It’s also discreet and doesn’t have a strong odor, which is a big plus for indoor use.

This thing is super easy to use. Stick a small strip (1–2 inches) of this insecticide onto a small piece of cardboard, slide it under the washer or dryer, and place one everywhere you’ve seen them—just keep it out of reach. They’ll come, eat the insecticide, carry it back to the nest, and die. You might notice their behavior getting strange: when you turn on the light they don’t run to hide, and they may twitch. A few days after setting the insecticide, you’ll see them lying on their backs—that’s when you know it’s working. It works so well that I even found one piece of cardboard chewed through where I had placed it. When I moved into this house it was crawling with these bugs. I vacuumed up fifty or sixty with my Dyson. It was so bad that once I brought home some fast food and, after finishing it and rolling up the bag, I found one inside! Now that problem is gone. For the first week or two, refresh your “traps” often. After that, to stay proactive, replace them about once a month. It’s amazingly simple and effective.

My kitchen has always been a "hard-hit area" for cockroaches. I've tried many methods before, but none of them worked. I recommend this bait to EVERYONE I know that might have problems with these pests! The bait is on the runny but once you figure out the best places to put it so it doesn't run down it's perfect. We put this bait down ONCE and it's not gone yet. The roaches are almost COMPLETELY GONE! It's so much more effective than I expected and I still have a bunch of tubes left. I'll continue to put it down even if I don't see another one again. Thank you for the roach free home!

This gel bait works really well! It’s simple to apply in small cracks and corners where roaches hide. Within a short time, I noticed a big decrease in activity, and it seems to kill them quickly. Bought this because it's cheaper than the Advion bait and lists the same active ingredient and concentration. I'm very unhappy with the performance and see no control established. Still have issues in our rental home, and have seen no evidence of feeding, whereas you can see within a day that Advion is working. I won't make the mistake again. Pinching pennies for something this important is a bad practice and I will stick with a trusted brand with proven performance in the future. AVOID
