These tweezers are VERY WELL MADE!! Not just stamped out from a machine. Rust resistant! No sharp edges. The tips line up perfectly when grabbing rotten plant leaves or pushing plants back into the gravel. You can use the straight one to make a hole in the gravel then use it to hold the plant in the hole. Then use the other tweezer with the hockey stick end to push the gravel around the plant with the ends squeeze together. You may get your hands a little wet, but your arms stay dry! I also use the "hockey stick" to arrange artificial plants. I move plant back and forth while pushing it down in the gravel. Then let go and fill the gravel around the base while holding it down with the straight tweezers. I LOVE using these... Plus the low price for such high quality tools!

Nice, heavy, good size for smaller tanks

I was hesitant to buy this group aquarium tools because of the low price and the small number of purchases and reviews. I was looking for tools to use on my AeroGardens to prune the herbs and vegetables and remove leaves/debris from and around the plants. I'm so pleased I read the reviews for this set and purchased them. Because of the long reach each tool provides, I don't disturb any new buds or flowers and accidentally knock them off my plants. This set is extremely reasonably priced for the high quality of them. Not only are they stainless steel, they are sturdy, not flimsy in any way, and work wonderfully. I have carpal tunnel with dimished strength in my hands and the two tweezers are so easy for me to squeeze and use, as are the scissors which are a breeze to snip with. I love that the tweezers have one tip that's straight and one that's bent. The scissors are very sharp easily provide a clean precision cut. Before I purchased these, I'd contacted the vendor to find out if this set is made up of a stainless steel quality that would be safe to use on my AeroGarden herbs & plants and received a quick response back confirming that they are. I had previously purchased a pair of really popular pruning shears from Amazon that turned out to be too small and short which I rarely use now that I have this set. The long handles on these tools work great for my needs. They're so shiny and pretty and look like surgical instruments. Needless to say if you purchase this multiuse set, you won't regret it.

The tweezers and scissors in this set seem to be well made. I have used the tweezers many times and I am very comfortable with them, I guess the only problem is that the tweezers came a bit scratched, like they were roughly thrown around carelessly before shipping.

These tongs come as a set with a straight pair and a bent pair. They have a good weight to them letting you know they are very sturdy and will last. I brought them for my 36 gal tank so I don't have to get my arms wet but I find myself using them all the time in my 10 gal also since they are thicker & give me a better grasp on on my plants. They don't get stuck and haven't bent when I used them for grasping heavier items from the tanks. They were smooth and have done no damage to my plants or fish that have brushed up on them. For under $13 these were a steal and I was worried about them. They are holding up great after a few months of daily use. They continue to perform well and it was a great value for the money.

The tweezers were misaligned enough to not really close together. I was able to bend them both slightly into alignment. They seem a bit cheap and I don't know if they will rust if left wet, so I wipe them down pretty thoroughly every time I use them. The scissor blades are a pretty tight fit and a bit rough to use, but they do work fine.

Bought these for feeding my puffers. They are way to use and are durable. They come in handy for helping grasp empty shells or remnants of food that needs removing from the tank after the feeding frenzy is done.

I just received these and am impressed. Nice and long. Should make working in my 20 gallon and 55 gallon much easier. Arrived quickly and were packed well. They have a plastic pouch to store them in which is great. Very pleased and look forward to working with them.

Je viens commenter looooongtemps après achat. En bonne adepte de plantes et de terrarium, j'avoue que ce kit m'est devenu indispensable et ne m'a jamais fait défaut. Je ne saurais plus m'en passer. Donc quand c'est bien, il faut le dire 😁👍
