So glad to find this vitamin spray
I can't swallow large vitamin pills and so was thrilled to find this vitamin spray at a local health food store. Lately, it's been out of stock, so I was so happy to be able to find it at Amazon. Although the taste may be off-putting for some, a small sip of water will take the taste away. I appreciate the composition of this vitamin spray as it includes necessary minerals for us post-menopausal ladies.

Would be five star if it wasn’t for the taste
Good ingredient list, but taste is not so much. Easy to use and convenient to take along. Would give it a five star rating and actually use it, if it wasn’t for the yucky taste. Taste, however, may be a rather subjective matter as i see others either like or don’t mind the taste.

Easy to take, easy on my stomach.
Doesn’t bother my stomach, like most vitamin tablets do.

Eh, not great
Taste was fine, kind of like if you chewed up a Flintstone solid vitamin. But the nozzle gets clogged, and the price is high for what it is I think. My blood tests did not show a difference in my B12 or D levels after taking this for a while, so I switched products.

This multi vitamin spray has the right blend of vitamins for my needs as I am already on prescribed iron tablets. I’ve noticed that this spray does seem to give me much more get up and go in the mornings and improves my overall mood surprisingly well. I have repurchased for this reason and will continue to do so - as long as the price doesn’t go up by much more. It seems ok value (under £6 at the time of purchase,) but the required dosage is 4 sprays daily and so that seems quite a lot for a reasonably small bottle, we shall see how it goes. The reviews about the bad taste of this almost put me off buying. I’m so glad I decided to see for myself as I really don’t find it akin to vomit or overly unpleasant. I can see how people have come to that comparison though, as it does have a sour note, the overall taste is like sour cherry. Think of those really dark large cherries you can get and the sour taste that they sometimes leave. This is virtually the same but slightly more artificial tasting - bearing in mind that this is a vitamin spray, I don’t expect it to taste like jellybeans. Plus, I would much rather this flavour than an unbearable sugary sweet taste. I would add that my spray bottle has neither clogged nor leaked and I’m about half way through. Pros: -Easily absorbed, better than pills with fillers etc. -All the B vitamins present and in good amounts -Nice high daily dosage of vitamin D along with K1 -Works (for me) - noticeable results Cons: - Taste may be too bitter for some?! - Value for money depends on fluctuating price of product. - If you’re looking for iron you will need a separate product. I would recommend this product to anyone and am so glad that I came across it!

Glad that this comes in liquid form for someone who doesn't like taking pills.

I’m glad to have vitamins available in a spray form, as I don’t like swallowing large tablets. It’s also reassuring to know that it won’t harm the liver with long-term use. I’ve been using the vitamin D3+ K2 spray from the same company for a while now and have been happy with it. The spray does run out quite quickly, though. The taste is similar to blackcurrant juice, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It’s bearable, and overall I would buy it again.

The BetterYou MultiVit Daily Oral Spray is a great way to get essential vitamins in an easy way without having to take capsules. I liked this spray version of a multivitamin because of the benefits of spray vitamins and how they are absorbed well and having tried other Better You products before I knew I'd be getting a good quality product. The multivitamin has 14 vitamins. The formulation contains the full spectrum of B vitamins, including folic acid, combined with A, C, D, K1 and other key minerals. The spray is easy to use and comes out well most of the time, sometimes it wouldn't spray properly which is frustrating but it's not too bad. The spray lasts just over a month with four sprays a day and I'd like to be able to say it tastes good but it doesn't, it tastes absolutely disgusting. I make sure to have a drink nearby to get rid of the taste! The vitamin does seem to work well and I like the range of vitamins included in it. I feel better when taking this and I think this is what matters most though I am looking for more whole food and natural vitamins in the future as I feel this could be better if it was more natural. This is a good and affordable vitamin that works well but with its gross taste and the fact it's not as natural as I'd like I'll probably use a different vitamin in the future. If that doesn't bother you though this would be a good option.

I had been taking oral supplements for about 6 months prior to switching to spray for both multivitamins and B vitamins as my last blood test showed very low on a few key ones. I’d not really noticed any difference in energy/mood over the months of taking normal oral supplements and I was already using the spray vitamin d so knew how effective that was at getting levels up quickly so thought I’d try these too. After just over 2 weeks I’m already seeing a small difference in energy and brain fog/mood etc. Its by no means all fixed and I’m going to wait another couple of months before repeating the blood tests but definitely a positive start. One thing I’d been concerned about is the effectiveness using a lot of sprays at once as these are a 4 spray dose whereas the Vit D is a single spray, I’ve found doing 4 sprays at once is a lot tbh, so I do 2, let that sit for a minute and then do the other 2. Seems to be working ok like this and I’m not having to remember multiple times a day. Taste wise I’m not a massive fan of this Multivitamin spray, it’s not as bad as some reviews have stated but it’s not really nice. I usually do this one first and then the B complex second as that tastes nicer so helps mask it a bit. I also have IBS which I think is why oral vitamins can be a bit hit and miss for me, so this is just more effective and I don’t get any digestive issues following any of the sprays I’ve tried so far. I’ll post an update as to the effectiveness after the next blood test but as of now I’d definitely recommend.
