The Bluetooth connection has been stable, and I haven't experienced any dropouts while moving around my office. The call quality is excellent and the ANC does a good job reducing background noise so I can hear the conversation much better and everyone I've talked to has said my voice comes through clearly, even with noise around me. The headset is comfortable enough to wear for an entire workday. The ear cushions are soft, and the adjustable headband fits well without feeling too tight. Battery life has also been excellent. Here is the exact workaround I found: 1. Click the Windows icon and type "change system sounds" in the search bar. 2. Click on the result to open the Sound pop-up window. 3. Click the Recording tab. 4. Leave this window open and hidden in the background for your entire shift. This forces the PC to keep analyzing the microphone and completely fixed the issue immediately! Now I can freely prep food, do light exercise, and tackle household chores while waiting for a call. Value & A Quick Warning: I read some reviews mentioning the headset giving out after 6, 12, or 24 months. Honestly, I'm okay with that. I got the black version for $70. If the worst-case scenario happens and it only lasts 6 months, that's roughly $12.50 a month—basically the cost of a subscription service, and well worth it. I would gladly buy it again. The massive amount of legitimate reviews really helps make the decision; I'm not risking $200 on a higher-end model with only 10 reviews (that's just a coin flip). Side note: Watch out for a brand called AOC while shopping for headsets. They are using "review hijacking" (their WFH headsets look extremely highly rated and affordable, but if you actually read the text, the reviews are for completely different products like PC monitors).
