THIS IS THE BEST STUFF EVER! I am a large woman and get heat rash easily in the summer months with the extra sweat, dirt from outdoor activity and spicy/salty foods. This paste is great as a preventative it doesn't have a fishy smell like Desitin or other zinc creams. It is expensive BUT a little goes a long way, it really is a thick paste. It also works great on baby's diaper rash...my great grandchild was red as a beet and this worked wonders in a couple days! It heals almost any rash and is VERY soothing and protective. I have even used it on my chickens!

I would give this item 100 stars if I could !!! We have been dealing with antibiotic yeast rashes, and nothing else was working, so I finally looked online and this was recommended.
