The product looks great and emits a great amount of heat. Had several problems with the parts not being correct, the heater element not working, and the label at the front of the unit continuously fell off. However, the manufacturer was supportive and sent replacement parts. Ultimately was not able to repair the unit and had to exchange it at Amazon.

It takes about 1 hour to put this together. We then realized that the ignitor button was not shipped. There is NO WAY to repackage this once you have opened the packaging because there is so much styrofoam and complex packaging. We contact the company about the button and they said it's out of stock until next month and asked us what we wanted to do? There really is no option to return it and it would take HOURS to attempt to repackage. We needed this for an outdoor birthday party THIS MONTH. AND... we payed $169 in shipping to get it ASAP. I have asked for a return of the shipping but we shall see. I don't know if it's warm or has good heat output because WE CANNOT TURN IT ON!

Really heats well and a very good looking heater.

It’s pretty badass. Some parts seem cheap and flimsy. But I’d buy it again. It looks great, and puts off enough heat. The regular heaters may put off more concentrated heat, but the effect is worth that compromise. Also, it is great to have mid-height heat on a covered patio. I didn’t want concentrated heat near the ceiling.... hope this helps. Go ahead and buy it..

It's taller than I thought - must be 7 or 8 feet high. But it's really attractive - the flame when turned up dances in the glass tube and it's really nice to look at. But I don't get how anyone (I read so many reviews!) gets any meaningful heat from this item. If you stand within 2 feet - you feel heat. But any comfortable distance - 3-5 feet away - zero. I read review upon review stating this had "just the right amount of heat" - allowing people to enjoy a patio in chilly weather, etc. I'm sure it's put together correctly - it "works" - but I do not share in the opinion that this item can be considered a 'heater.' It's a nice gas fire device - attractive - but I bought it to use to extend the use of my deck in autumn (Southwest PA) - and that it will not do.

I bought it early May 2019. It looks beautiful and it heats well, except when it’s windy. But the ignition switch did not work from the very first day. I have to use a lighter each time we use it.

This works well and seems pretty durable. The anodized and coated base seems like it's likely to be more durable than the stainless steal versions (that did in fact eventually start to rust at my location near the saltwalter ocean). And oh.. it took a couple of hours less time to put this together than it did any of the other heaters I've purchased lately. Far more complete and simple than previous models.

I like this product a lot. The flame is captivating to watch and the heat starts at sitting level and continues to the top of the column. The only draw back I can see is the light construction but a great value for the price.
