My feet like these shoes

I like these shoes. They are firm, well-built, and look great. However, consider buying a half size or a size up from normal, as they fit snuggly. As I am unable to have them changed, I hope they will become more comfortable once they are worked in.

I am on my 7th pair so I think these deserve a review. They are my favorite work shoe. I hope they keep making these for a very long time. They fit well right out of the box. The water proofing has never failed on any of the previous 6 pairs. They typically last me 6 months. I normally do around 6000 steps a day in them on various surfaces. They do not say slip or oil resistant on the soles but I commonly walk through an automotive shop everyday with god know what on the floor with no issues. The uppers hold up great and probably could be resoled but it is just to easy to get a fresh pair from Amazon the next day. I hope they keep making these for a very long time.

Sturdy feeling and comfortable, these shoes also have a classic look that can work for church, the office, a casual evening on the town or hiking a path to adventure.

Very uncomfortable. Terrible sole, Very very thin. Has traction knobs that are set very far apart creating hot spots on your feet. However the rubber is so soft that they quickly wear down then eventually every pebble becomes a sharp pain in the foot. I wore these shoes out in 4 months

These are knockoffs of Rockport's. I compared the two (Rockport and Docker) and there is no comparison. Quality, comfort, fit: way better with the Rockport. Specifically, the upper with these Dockers is super stiff and a little higher that normal in the back, so every step I took the back of the shoe upper was cutting in to the bottom of my ankle. And that was when I tried them on in the house. I could not imagine walking with these on all day. Forget it. I have enough problems, I don't need my shoes bothering me. Spend the extra money and get the Rockport's. I tried to go cheap too. I'm glad I returned these. These are not what you want.

I’ve been wearing these daily for about a month so far. I generally have some trouble with shoes fitting badly or generally causing foot discomfort, and I was worried these might be the same since I hadn’t tried Dockers before. I was pleasantly surprised - they were comfortable from the beginning. The leather seems to be of good quality; it doesn’t have a ‘plasticky’ feel like many low quality leather products do. I did get a wide, since some reviews mentioned the shoes felt narrow, and this turned out to be a good decision. I have cleaned the shoes a couple times with saddle soap that includes a leather conditioner. They look nice every time afterwards, and the leather feels a bit softer now than when they first arrived. Overall, I'm very impressed by the quality and comfort of these shoes, and it’s a great value for the price.

Quality of leather is perfect but not beautiful finishing. It looks raw leather. Heavy weight. Thought shoes . Dark brown color . Overall good shoes Size difference . Ordered 41, received 44
