The product was a lil tricky trying to navigate putting it on the first time. For an older person (purchased for mom) pulling up the arm compression can be a bit of s struggle if you have larger arms. Overall pretty decent buy, material is soft. Only used for 5 days. Can update after 1month.

I purchased this for compression after arm lipo. It is extremely comfortable compared to the garment my doctor gave me. In fact, when I went to my post op appointment, my doctor said he would order these for future patients. High quality, soft fabric with good compression that doesn't stop circulation. I bought Small/medium and typically wear large tops, but it's fine.

Returned item as the arms seem to be too long. Perhaps for a larger size in diameter arms due to use for lipedema. Did not work well for my lymphedema.

I have carpal tunnel issues that take the pain through my arms , elbows to my shoulders. This is like therapy for me and has helped so much. Highly recommended item.

This item does give great compression but the design over the back creates some uncomfortable pulling under the armpit if you are recovering from an arm lift surgery. Great for controlling swelling, not so great for incisions.
