I’ve had one of these ones before. I absolutely love it and I love this one. It’s a good size. I mean I got four pieces of catfish in there so I imagine you can get 4 to 6 pieces of chicken or whatever you could probably mix all your stuff on the bottom. I prefer to mix it in a separate bowl and then pour it on top and of course put the lid on which works in secure although I do do it over the sink just in case and shake shake shake and then of course you take the lid off and you can take your food out and you don’t have a lot of excessive flower or whatever you’re using, but it’s coded very well and then you can continue on with however you were cooking your food

Very Good

This is a must item for coating food. Just put coating mix in,put in tray and shake. Saves on using freezer bags. Coats food nicely. I have used it mostly for chicken.
