Excellent Service
The real intent of this review is to express appreciation for the vendor's prompt initial response, and then his cheerful, rapid, no-charge correction of an ordering error on my part. I value such service. The actual product, 10-mm Siemens open domes, are of excellent quality and work as advertised. However, purchasers should be aware that there are (at least) two incompatible versions of Siemens open domes available, and determining which is appropriate for your hearing aids is not as clear as it could be on this (and other) web sites-- it's easy for the uninitiated to go wrong; extra diligence is advised.

Product same as Siemen's OEM
Product is comfortable even after several hours of wear. Design of unit makes easy to remove and replace w/oi risk of damage to instrument I am experiencing a little more feedback than I have noted previously since replacing with units in this order. Hope to find is a I can correct when I install a fresh pair. Will update review at that time.

Good Hearing Aid domes
These are perfect at least for my ears The double click keeps them on instead of falling off in the ear canal. They don't block the sound and are comfortable.

Exact replacement for Siemens/Signia behind the ear hearingaids.
My audiologist replaces my domes at no charge, but it's a hassle to go to the office every time I just need a dome. So I bought these and as far as I can tell, they are identical to the ones the audiologist provides.

One star because I had to leave a star, my preference would be none.
I purchased these domes as they were advertised to fit my Phonak hearing aids. However, they do not fit my Phonak hearing aids, they won't "click" in as shown on the directions on the package despite numerous attempts. When I tried to exchange them I discovered that they are not eligible for replacement. Nice! C'mon, I wanted these to work, otherwise why would I have purchased them. So now I have six domes that don't fit. I feel really good about this transaction.
