I bought this 1 month ago and the definition in my shoulders is uncanny!! My wife could not believe the difference after being away for a few weeks. As I am doing the different exercises, I can see the muscles that are being used and after a short 15 minute workout, everything is on fire and everything is more defined. It is versatile and simple. This one product actually works and is a real value for money. The portability of it is also a huge benefit. The rip stick is light weight, durable and can pack easily in a bag or briefcase. I take it to work and will routinely bang out a few reps at my desk. The different resistant bands make it so you can go from easy to difficult quickly. You can do more reps with the thin band or work your way up to the thick band. Then when the thick band gets too easy, you add another thin band and you can level up. It is great for all ages and will not only increases strength it prevents injuries. I can not recommend this more. I think it is one of the best if not THE BEST work out products I have ever bought!

Great product but only one set of bands …. Got ripped off the extra set of bands that were described … plus one snapped .. disappointed
