The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies

I got The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies as a gift for my mom because she specifically asked for it, and she’s been really enjoying it so far. She’s always been interested in natural remedies and plants, so this book was right up her alley. From flipping through it with her, the book is packed with information and a lot of detailed pictures that help identify different plants and herbs. She likes that it explains what the plants are traditionally used for and where they’re commonly found. It’s the kind of book you can read through or just pick up and browse when you’re curious about a certain plant. The layout is easy to follow and the photos make it easier to recognize things if you’re out walking or gardening. Overall it ended up being a great gift for someone interested in herbal remedies, plant identification, or natural health topics.

I like this book. I kinda makes me feel like I have control over what I CAN decide to put in my body. Afterall Big Pharma didn't come up with most of the medicines from scratch. Homemade cures and remedies have been passed down for generations and they work! If owning the book for any other reason than to cover my family if it ever comes down to the inability to get what we need, at least I have in my hands a direction to follow. Just another tool in the toolbox so to say.

Wow! What an outstanding and interesting book. I'm not all the way through it but this is amazing! There is literally an herb, plant, mineral or natural resource for everything shy of brain surgury!!! Everything from mother Earth has a purpose and this book outlines the benefits of utilizing them AND illustrates them in great detail. I'm not a fan of big pharma and I can't believe we pay out the rear when all along our health was in our own backyard. Must have knowledge if you don't trust what prescriptions you're putting in your body. 10 stars easy!!! Quick update: glucose levels down, liver is getting healthier, inflammation is very very well controlled, energy levels spiked, and overall health is getting a HUGE KICK!!! Buy it, read it, use it! I love this book! I have others by the same author and various others authors. Outstanding info! You WILL see and feel the results! Maybe not right away for some, but follow instructions and watch the magic work. Turmeric, ginger and black pepper make an awesome drink with a little added sweetener (honey or monkfruit) that kicks your health and energy levels like no other. 10 stars!

Whilst the content is very good, cross reference capabilities between ailments and solutions is convoluted.

Not even a book

Great book. Found the advertising on Instagram but the place that was selling it was a rip off seller. So I spent the $$ and I am happy I did. Although the book is smaller that what I thought it would have been it is still full of plenty information
