This is a quality product to add some nice flavor without the heat of chilis. I love it as an addition to my wet rub for Peruvian Chicken. Have been adding it to my black bean dip as well.

I bought this for my Peruvian recipes and it adds that authentic Peruvian yellow pepper flavor, without adding heat. A nice option if you're trying to cook for non-spicy eaters. I just add some Peruvian hot sauce to my own plate to restore some kick, but this paste is great for adding the appropriate flavor. In recipes that call for actual Aji Amarillo peppers, I just add extra paste and it helps fill-out the dish. Glad I found this one! Arrived undamaged, with the seal intact. Price was in line with other specialty items. Good stuff.

Great Peruvian Yellow pepper Cakes perfectly seal, can’t be used to cook, to make Huancaica Sauce and so many other options. The thickness is great! Spice level is high so try it before using it because the heat level can be high for someone not used to it. I think the price is a little high but 100% worth it

So excited to find a non-spicy aji amarillo. I'm Peruvian but I don't have access to fresh or frozen and the one local place that has it only carries the spicy version so I had to put very tiny amounts. It was a sad existence. Now I can put the proper amount of amazing flavor without torturing my mouth. I bought one jar last week and I bought two a few days later, one for a foodie friend. It's living again!!
