Quick and easy set up
The set up and use was easy to get started. Love the tiny pebble ice this makes.

Noisy, badly designed, decent ice
Bought it 2 months ago. It does make good ice. However, a few things to consider... It has a giant reservoir on the top for water. You will want to fill it all the way up. Don't. It will leak right out the front. Terrible design...they give you all this space for water then put a tiny, barely visible line about half way up on the back of the unit, inside where its dark...and you can't fill it past that or the water just runs out. Worse, this thing makes tons of noise. Like a duing water buffalo... Every time it starts, which is generally once a day, I have to turn off the ice funciton for a while so it will settle down and then make ice correctly and pseudo quietly.

Crystal clear nugget ice!
Makes a lot of ice in just a couple of hours. Crystal clear. We used distilled water that you get for baby bottle formulas. You can get 3 batches out of 1 gallon. Easy to use.

Horrible grinding noise, low water indicator never shows, and is unusable since noise started.
I've had this ice maker for a week. I've cleaned as instructed. The reservoir is consistently refilled with filtered water. The low water light never comes on, so I check is routinely twice a day, at least. It worked great for a week. However, today, the machine started making a grinding noise that wouldn't quit, without unplugging the machine. It began again when restarting. I certainly wouldn't purchase this ice maker again.

Not worth the money
Makes good ice however the cleaning process is horrendous and almost impossible. The machine produces black specks in ice no matter how much you clean it. It’s SUPER LOUD, like you can hear it between floors in the home. Waste of money. I spent over $200 on this and it’s now $119 and I see why.

LOUD groaning noise intermittently (product failure)
I saw a couple reviews about the groaning noise, and decided maybe this problem was fixed BUT NOOOO I had to unplug the unit MANY MANY TIMES because of this malfunction. Every time I thought, ’maybe it’s just this time and won’t happen again’ yet it continued to occur. I ended up sending the ice maker back because for this amount of money I expect the product to work AT LEAST for the first 30 days. I tried to see what was causing the mechanically groaning/effort-y noise but couldn’t locate it. I’m not sure if ice is getting stuck or what is happening. I ended up spending 1/5th the amount of money on a “regular” style ice maker not the nugget shape.

Loud noise and vibrating. What is it?!
I’ve had this for a little less than 6 months and all of a sudden the machine starts making this noise randomly and first few times it scared the living crud out of me. Anyone else experience this?
