can i apply on the ceramic coating paint?

To my knowledge yes. I recently washed and cleaned my ceramic coated truck, I used eraser and then reload. The coating looked like it was beading water even better than before. I used iron x prior to using eraser as well no issues. I believe the only real way to damage the coating would be either to leave harsh chemicals on the coating or to compound it off.

Do i use this after polishing or will it remove it? Or will this just remove excess?

If you polish your finish properly. Nothing should be able to wipe it off. This is used to prep the finish after paint correction and polishing. It's a de-greaser cleaner used to remove oils etc... Before installing a Ceramic Coating.
