The flavors are so deep and PURE and comforting and nourishing. It can be tricky to get it right when adding rose petals for consumption but they nailed it here and the flavor is delicate and perfect. This is some fine, high quality cacao. I would drink it every day if I could financially afford to do so. Review: This stuff is so good I eat it out of the bag one little piece at a time. My son said it was bitter but it is so delicious and smooth and melts beautifully.
