Good quality, MUST have for winching

Great product! Used it twice during a trip to the Canadian wilderness, off roading my pickup. Safety is important and this piece of safety equipment was handy and easily rolled up into my recovery bag when not in use. It’s a great buy!

I have no idea what that means, but that is what it says on the package! That aside, this dampener is well made and heavier duty than I expected for the price. Velcro strips at top and bottom hold it securely in place. The pocket inside is a nice touch and may be handy.
