So many great benefits!
Great flavor (my favorite is white peach though), easy to throw in my water and dissolves quickly. Most of all, I can tell I’m staying hydrated throughout the day and I am not as groggy when 3-4pm hits.

Take 1st thing every morning!
Have one of these every morning before going to the gym! Can mix all my supplements in with it but get the good flavor of the Liquid I.V. with NO clumping!! Doesn't hurt my stomach. Love that it's sugar free. Just a great way to start hydrating 1st thing and getting in those extra electrolytes! Raspberry lemonade is my fav!!

Smell
I have been using these for a few years now and they seem to help with Hydration. They also have great flavor and are Sugar Free so that is much better for you system. They do not bother my stomach and texture takes a few minutes to desolve befor drinking. The smell is very good and flavorful.

Hot weather requires us to add additional electrolytes to our diet
Liquid IV is a very good product to provide the necessary, electrolytes and hot humid weather. It has a pleasant taste and it doesn’t matter whether it’s sugar-free or have sugar.
