My S24 Ultra was just too heavy for the gimbal. I felt very insecure using it. Regretfully I am returning it. It’s a very good product but my phone was just too heavy.

This is not compatible with my iphone case which is an Ocase. Trying to return it but it will not proceed past the secondstep in the return process.Now what?!

This is a quality-built product, which is what I’ve come to expect from Insta360. It arrives well packaged and includes a soft pouch that makes it easy to carry or toss into a bag. Setup is very easy. I had my daughter try it without instructions, and after tapping her phone to the NFC area on the handle, she had the app installed and was recording within minutes. The handle extension was initially stiff enough that she was worried about breaking it, but it’s clearly designed to be sturdy. The built-in tripod legs are also a nice touch. The companion app includes useful features like subject tracking, gesture controls, panoramas, and creative shooting modes. For me, though, the main attraction is the stabilization. It makes smooth walking footage very easy to capture, and the extendable handle allows for creative high and low camera angles. One advantage of the Pro version over the standard version is that the joints rotate beyond 360 degrees, allowing for sweeping low-to-high camera moves that the regular version cannot perform. In my opinion, that alone makes the Pro worth the upgrade. The optional AI tracking accessory also allows you to use third-party camera apps instead of the Insta360 app, though you’ll need your own remote shutter method since gesture controls won’t function outside the app. The biggest limitation is that this system appears designed strictly for smartphones and doesn’t seem adaptable for action cameras. Overall, though, this is an excellent smartphone gimbal with strong stabilization and thoughtful features.

I started using the base Flow 2 Plus with the AI adapter and loved it. I decided I wanted more options for shooting, especially crane style shots. This kit fit the bill. It comes with the Flow 2 Pro, Ai adapter, MagSafe and clip mounts, two cables and bag. I purchased the molded semi-hard case separately. It fits everything perfectly. They include the two mounts since MagSafe is convenient, but the clip style is needed to clamp lower on your phone for panoramic shots. If you use MagSafe and try that mode you will just get error messages asking for the clip and lower position. The extra features on the Pro are: • Apple DockKit Enabled, so it works natively with over 200 iOS apps. • iPhone camera controls. • Full 360 Infinite Pan Tracking. • More Tilt angle room. • Selfie mirror for framing. • Tracking ring light. This works better on iPhone because of the DockKit support. On Android, for follow shooting yourself with the nicer rear cameras, you either need someone to click to follow you, use a mirror to select and tap yourself from the app/screen, or use the AI Adapter. I use the AI Adapter since the hand gestures work extremely well.

色々なYouTubeの動画を見て、DJIの8と比較、こちらを購入しました。 YouTubeの方々は難なく利用して居ますが、還暦を迎えた私にとってはむすがしく、利用するには何度も練習を繰り返しています。 特にクレーンショットは難関中の難関。 AIトラッカーは付けた時と、付けない時との差が分かりません。共に10〜15m位が限界。 アームを縮めた時には隙間が出来てしまい不具合かと思ってましたが、縮めたあと斜めに押し込む動作が必要。共に結構な力が必要。 総合的に追尾機能には満足してます！
