I paid $59 for this and it was so worth it. I’ve never assembled or installed my own ceiling fan but this was super easy. It worked great at first however after a week, the remote stopped controlling the fan. The light was on, the fan wouldn’t spin, and the remote wouldn’t control anything, not even the light even though the red lights would light up on the remote when you pressed the buttons. I got up on a chair, took the vanity cover off the ceiling fan, unplugged the three wiring harnesses that plug into the remote receiver inside of the ceiling fan. I took the batteries out of the remote. Waited a few seconds, then plugged the wires back into the receiver, stuck the batteries back into the remote, and turned the light switch on the wall on. That seemed to reset it. I tried this multiple times before it ended up working and realized I had to remove the remote batteries too, which finally helped reset it. This only lasted a week though before it stopped working again. Nothing I did managed to reset it. I emailed [email protected] and spoke with a Tiffany. She suggested doing the reset procedure again and trying to hold down the power and f/r air direction button down at the same time. This did not work. I reported back to her that it was unsuccessful and she immediately had a new receiver and remote sent in the mail to me. It arrived in just a few days. Once I swapped out the receiver for a new one, everything worked perfectly and has been in working order ever since. Tiffany f/u w/ me multiple times to ensure I received the package and to ensure it actually worked. I’m very happy with the fan. My son’s room needed an upgrade and this fit the bill perfectly. And my god this thing really moves some air. Really impressive. Despite the issue I had with this one, I am going to order another for my living room. I am very satisfied with the customer service. I want to be clear that the exceptional customer service I received was not on behalf of Amazon, but provided directly by Sunmory. Amazon was not much help. They simply told me to return it but I didn’t have a box big enough to ship it in. Glad I reached out to Sunmory directly. It saved me a ton of hassle.

So, I bought this fan because my office room does not have good air circulation, and I have a foot fan that is loud during meetings. The installation of the new fan was easy, until by mistake, I dropped the whole fan and busted the light cover. I was frustrated and mad, wanted just to get another one, and I did not wanted to deal with the vendor CS. This is when a good customer service step in and saved the day!!!. I Contacted Sunmory-US via email anyway, and Kylin was great. I told her the true and asked her if she can send me another cover. Kylin was polite and responsive and without hesitation told me that will send me another cover at not charge. The delivery was quick and in 2 days I had the new cover on the fan. I am really happy with my purchase. The fan is quite, and does not gets annoying like my previous foot fan (specially during meetings) Also, the convenience of the remote control helps me regulate the air circulation and the different temperature for the led lights, adjust for daylight or nighttime. This fan is a great fan. There are 6 different fan speeds and it is very quiet in it's operation. It looks stylish and the remote works great. The light has 3 different color temperatures and dimming levels so it's not super bright. Once this thing is up on the ceiling and installed it is great and I couldn't be happier. I did have some problems with the installation process, but that was more my fault than the fans fault so I wont take off points for that. The only issue I had was attaching it to my junction box in the ceiling. I actually went out and bought a saddle mount box to install it because it came with screws with larger heads to fit the bracket that came with the fan. Also I will say this: It's a tight fit between the ceiling and the lower part of the fan bracket mount. It wasn't easy fitting that control box in there before putting the shroud on to hide everything. Be careful not to unplug any cables when jamming it in there. All in all, it's a decent product!

These fans are a great value and are very easy to mount. I had older fans that were noisy and wobbly and needed to be replaced and got two of these new fans. The instructions were easy to follow and took about an hour to assemble and mount. The fan blades are short, but the width and pitch of the blades certainly makes up for it - they move a lot of air and is overall quiet. Blades are molded plastic so they are lightweight and don’t require any balancing. The remote is definitely a plus - has a timer function, forward/reverse, and you have the ability to run the fan separate from the lights. The lights have three color combinations from daylight to warm light. I am glad I went with these and highly recommend!

The installation instructions are very clear and simple. The remote works well and the app (Android user) is fully functional and simple to use. The flush mount fan has a low profile, and has a modern feel to it. The fan itself is very quiet! The highest speed makes some wind noise but that is to be expected. The highest speed is almost overwhelming, it can really move some air! The light is very bright, even on the dimmest setting. I personally prefer less light, but it's manageable because the light can be adjusted from a deep yellow (warm), to a bright white (daylight). Overall 10/10 I definitely recommend it, it's an enormous upgrade from your typical pull cord ceiling fan.
