This is my fourth Atomberg product, and they’re as great and reliable as ever! Installation and service support are excellent. It comes with all the usual bells and whistles like an IR remote, Alexa support, a great app, and seamless pairing. The maximum power rating is just 35 W, so it’s efficient too. This version i.e. Aris contour feels slightly slower in speed but definitely quieter, though performance of air flow is not drastically different compared to models like Studio or Renessa. It looks stunning, and the moonbeam LED is an absolute vibe setter!

I am extremely happy with the atomberg Aris Contour Smart 1200mm BLDC Ceiling Fan. The fan looks elegant and modern, delivers excellent airflow, and operates very quietly. The remote control extremely convenient, while the BLDC motor ensures efficient and smooth performance. The BEE 5-star rating is an added advantage, making it a great choice for energy-conscious users. Installation was straightforward and the overall build quality is excellent.

I recently purchased the Atomberg Aris Contour, and as a product, it is an absolute engineering marvel. The build quality is exceptional, with perfect fitment and zero wobbling—a common issue I’ve faced with metal fans. The ABS blades are flawless and deliver a wide, encompassing breeze rather than a harsh, straight column of air. After using this, standard fans just feel useless! The technology is equally impressive. The central LED light creates a rich ambiance and works great as a night light, while the remote operation makes everything incredibly convenient. Ceiling fans have evolved a long way, and this feels like perfection. However, Atomberg’s service and quality control leave a lot to be desired. First, the "free" installation technician demanded ₹200, which is upsetting when it's advertised as free. Second, there was clear cost-cutting on the hardware: the threads on the main fan bolt were completely stripped right out of the box. The technician had to run to a nearby hardware shop to buy a new bolt just to finish the installation. This kind of penny-pinching on basic hardware is annoying and completely undermines an otherwise premium experience. Bottom line: The fan is a 10/10, but Atomberg needs to fix their service and business practices.

My experience with Atomberg has been extremely disappointing due to an unresolved fan wobbling/vibration issue and unsatisfactory after-sales service. Despite purchasing the fan with the expectation of good quality and reliability, I am facing persistent issues with its performance. What is even more frustrating is the lack of a proper and permanent resolution from the service team, despite repeated complaints. It is unacceptable for a customer to keep following up for the same issue without receiving a satisfactory solution. A company should take ownership of its product quality and ensure that its customers receive proper service rather than repeatedly closing complaints without resolving the actual problem. I expect Atomberg to take this matter seriously and arrange an immediate inspection and permanent resolution. **If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate Consumer Grievance Redressal authorities and the National Consumer Helpline.** Based on my experience so far, I am highly disappointed with Atomberg’s customer service and expect the company to act responsibly and resolve this issue without further delay.
