I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with both the product and the customer service that I had to share it. I purchased the Baseus USB-C 45W Charger 2-Pack (Model CCGAN45SECS) and have been thoroughly impressed with the performance, build quality, and compact design. These chargers are sleek, efficient, and deliver fast charging exactly as promised. I’ve used them with my phone, tablet, and even a lightweight laptop, and they perform flawlessly every time. The power delivery is consistent, and the chargers stay cool even with prolonged use—definitely a sign of quality engineering. However, shortly after I started using them, one of the chargers developed a minor issue. It stopped charging reliably, which was disappointing at first. But this is where Baseus really won me over. I contacted their customer support via email, and within 24 hours, I received a kind and professional response from Viola, a customer service representative. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, walking me through a few quick troubleshooting steps before promptly arranging a free replacement without any hassle. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and it genuinely felt like she cared about resolving the issue. The replacement charger arrived quickly and works perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only offers great quality products but also stands firmly behind them with excellent customer service. Because of this experience, I will absolutely buy from Baseus again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and well-designed USB-C chargers. Five stars all the way

These charge super fast and work very well. They’re nice and compact in size and will travel well. Their build quality feels good, but only time will tell how durable they are.

Just used one of the charger for a couple days and are very satisfied with it. The built quality is decent. The price is very value - consider you bought two under 20 dollars. It is compact, comparing with our other 45W charger. It can be used with our lenovo laptop, which proves its "45W" label - our other "45W" large usbc charger was detected as "not standard charger - wattage lower than needed" by the same laptop. Charging speed meets our expectation. Due to its compact size, I can put into my pocket and take it anywhere - to charge my laptop.

This is my second order of these 45-watt chargers for my Samsung S25 Ultra. The first 2-pack of them I ordered in early 2025 was perfect for travel, especially when I would make a pit stop in the room I was staying in. The charge percentage would go from 20% to about 60% in about 15 minutes. Which is fast, in my opinion. The cord length is rather short since I like to sit on my phone while charging. Buying a long cord is necessary in my case. I needed another pack for around the house. Unfortunately, 1 of the chargers stopped working the next morning. Not gonna lie, I was a little upset. Then decided to reach out for a replacement. This is where it gets a little challenging. Seeking support through Amazon required me to return my second order after I had already thrown out all the packaging. Not to mention the time I would have to spend dropping off the return at UPS or other drop-off locations. I see this as an inconvenience that I did not cause. Fortunately, I found the additional support button for Baseus and filled out the form to start the process. It was early Sunday morning, and I didn't get a response. I didn't expect to get one. However, early Monday morning. I got a response. They asked for a photo of the charger plugged in, showing that it's defective, a photo of the serial number, and my shipping address for the replacement. I shared the photo and shipping address, and the next day they scheduled a shipment for the replacement. Luck was on my side as the single packs of chargers were out of stock. They were nice enough to send me another 2-pack as a replacement, and it was shipped via Amazon again. 2 days later, I got my replacement, and I was happy again. I greatly appreciate a brand that stands by its product. I have a few of their other products, and I have never had to get a replacement. But my first experience with their support has been great. They deserve to be recognized for their great product and strong stance on their products.

Sorry but you can’t beat it for the price. 2 blocks and 2 cables for $21-$25 it’s a good deal. Good quality charging blocks, build quality is good, heavy. While the cables included in a kit not the best ones, but common it’s included in a kit for very low price. I like that prones aren’t foldable so it’s very stout and easy to plug in. Size very is nice. On attached pictures I’m comparing it to apple 20w and 30w chargers. It feels heavy and build quality is very nice. I’ve used anker before but for a last couple years a few of them failed. Will see how this one compares.
